Order a quilt that was white, black and blue guitars. As you can see the description photo show no brown at all. What I received looks nothing like the photo on line. When I reached out was told sorry our policy stated 20% could have color variation however my quilt has way more then 20% variation in color. The quilt also does not look 3D as shown. Cheap made color is terrible avoid this company has terrible business practices and will NOT let you return doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. A lesson learned! Beware of this seller. Don’t buy unless you want cheap ugly product!

I have used Equilter for many decades. They have a great selection. My orders are processed and mailed quickly. They are always accurate. I have contacted customer care one time, to get help matching colors on a fabric I already owned but wasn't available on their website. They helped me find coordinating fabrics from their site so I could make my quilt. I highly recommend this website.

I have ordered from equilter for years.
Always great service and wonderful fabric choices!!!!
This last order went fine.... but somewhere in the shipping process OIL? Covered the package and yes it went thru. Fortunately the fabric was untouched. So perhaps placing the fabric in a plastic bag might be an idea, just saying. Yes I know , PLASTIC☹

5 stars is NOT enough for this company. I have ordered fabric several times from them and each time more pleased then previously with their customer service, volume of fabrics to choose from, fabric choices, and quality of the fabrics. Their prices are compiable to any other sites and often even less. They will even help you find a fabric or similar one if you send them a photo of what you are looking for! I have never come across an online store with this fantastic service. Do not hesitate to order from them!
