The five stars are for the shop in the basement. They mounted my skis overnight and did an excellent job. The store on the main floor has declined in product selection over the years, but the staff is genuinely pretty helpful. Just don't expect to find your new favorite piece of kit there.

The ski tuning department is fantastic! They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and perhaps the masters of under-promise and over-deliver. Our skis are always tuned to perfection prior to pick up date. Highly recommend.

Megan was amazing and helped us out tremendously. Stayed 15min after closing and was passionately helping us with our boot problem. Definitely knows her stuff and enjoyed the store and the willingness to help with the employees.

Didn’t expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Not super busy, even at peak. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I ask a lot of questions, ski pretty hard, and they were spot on mate! Looking at buying some used demos as they know how to p-tec and epoxy and have base machines.

And they gave me some sweet hiking tips too.

I go in and ask for a wax for my snowboard. They asked for my name and a phone number. A wax only is 20 dollars. When I went to pick up my snowboard, I was told a price of 45 dollars. They gave me a different service than what I wanted, never had recieved a phone call, and was told I'd have to pay the 45 dollars the day of pick up. None of their services are listed at 45 dollars, and I was told it was a custom price for the work. I just moved in across the street and I am super discouraged from going back. Either let me be a stupid customer and just give me what I ask for or if I need a different service then maybe give me a call and ask! I just got waxed for 25 dollars on a wax, holy moly.
