The service was great and they could've had 5 stars but I did experience a flat tire and found myself replacing a rental. The good thing was there was no fuss. They switched everything out in less than 15 minutes but if you are ever in my shoes I learned that you can take it to any jiffy lube for free service.

Had to go to hospital day of return, and manager Edwin had to pick up rental. Things were stolen from the car when I returned the keys, and I was put on "do not rent list".
Paid top dollar for my rental for for more than 2 1/2 wks. and this is the "appreciation" I received.
Over 2 thousand dollars worth of things were also stolen from the car. The day before Edwin said, "Ill pickup the car, and we'll call it a wash." Knowing i had a 2k dollar elecric scooter in the back. Also my new North face jacket was stolen. Do not rent from this company.

I agree with you about the complaints about this Enterprise branch they do not care I left my car garage door opener and called many times but they do not care at all.

Thank you for your response and I will tell you that I even went to the Enterprise Rental Place the one located in Port Hueneme/Oxnard Branch 1345 S Oxnard Blvd. I even called many times but they did not care and actually so rude on the phone.
I will go online and see if I can be further helped. I thought this doesn't happen to Enterprise but I was wrong.

I rented a car from LAX and needed to change my reservation but couldn’t do so unless I went back to LAX. I called this location and Edwin said he would take care of me if I came in. He took care of me immediately and I was in and out in less than five minutes! Thank you, Edwin!

Edwin and Angela are wonderful. They are very responsive (always available during working hours to assist even when busy), proactive (reaches out via phone calls to notify of return issues prior to charging you) and very accommodating (gets you in the right vehicle).

The most impressive was their knowledge and performance with insurance companies.

I reserved a small compact car one week prior and was quoted a price of the rental plus car insurance. When I went to pick it up at Enterprise Car Rental to my shock and dismay, they told me they charge a $300 deposit fee! I had received an email confirming my car rental reservation and did not state any $300 deposit plus additional fees of car insurance. I was extremely disappointed and cancelled the reservation and I had to take Uber back to my home. I was planning on going out of town to visit my family for Thanksgiving but had to cancel my trip. I don't recommend Enterprise Car Rental service they have too many hidden fees ?
