The worst county in the entire country! Nobody answer to any phone calls to any department or even return calls after several messages. The worst of the worst on maintenance for roads and bridges! They represent anarchy to the highest levels! The guy on the picture gets paid tax payers money to drive around heavy equipment and he has no training or clue how to do it, so he goes around making the roads every time more dangerous to drive!

Our roads are never maintained and if anything get destroyed by the heavy equipment operators who are tasked with fixing them. They flatten our tires and destroy our vehicles, destroy our houses and harm our livestock with the excessive amount of dust.. The dragging massive boulders, sticks, nails, and whatever else from the ditches into the road and leaving it there for unsuspecting people is a massive saftey hazard. I wont even go into the issue of me wrecking my motorycle due to them dragging and leaving piles of loose dirt down my 5+ mile dirt road to get home which ultimately landed me in the hospital. If you confront them you get excuses and even told that they instruct their employees to not use the blades to cut down washboards and flatten the surface (that our tax money pays for) to "avoid them getting dull" like what?!... Then They give themselves raises under the table... Now that the lawsuits are filing in, I'm hoping there is change in Elbert County. Then hopefully me and my family won't have to pack up and move... Get these corrupt officials out of office please!
