We delt with the DMV after going to canon city, and finding out we weren't going to get in for over a month. We were in and out in under 10 min. Just be prepared my dude! I was quite pleased woth how fast it worked. Same goes for when I got a copy of my son's birth certificate. In, out, and done. Again just be prepared! Also expect complication, you're not an exception. You're actually the rule. Learn patients, and if it's not going your way try another avenue. There are actual options. And if you don't see any, don't be ignorant, ASK! Also learn to be patient, and a decent person and don't take your life's story out on someone that is just doing thier job. Your feelings matter, but so do theirs.

I have had nothing but issues with them. First they don't seem to know how to handle paperwork. I had to resend my stuff 3 times and it still didn't get fixed. They had to put a ticket in to figure it out. Now that it's fix I can't even get a sure call back on setting up my son's doctor. Which she also had to put a ticket in for and was like they just call you when they get to it Y'all don't have a time limit to get back on a request? Doesn't help that I wait over an hour every time I need to fix something. I'm disabled and can't just go to the office every time Y'all mess stuff up. There needs to be a better way for us to do this because even the app suck.

This place is just full of liars. Good luck getting anything done. I had a scheduled appointment over the phone at 3:00 P.M. Sure enough no phone call. After an hour of waiting, i decided to call them. I spent almost an hour on hold and after finally getting ahold of someone and they look into the notes they state that whoever was supposed to call, which they didn't give me a name, had noted that they called twice, no answer and left two detailed messages. I told them that's not true because i had been sitting in front of the computer, with the benefits website pulled up and logged in ready to submit any documents they may need, an i received nothing. I told them that's why I'm calling, because no one called me. I pulled my daughter out of school early because her pick up time was at the interview time to just get lied to. I even asked why they were lying about it, because clearly those notes were false, all she said was " that would be a weird thing to lie about." Well then you tell me what happened because clearly one of your employees did it. I hate this place. I wish someone would investigated it. I mean the reviews clearly speak on this place's reputation. Well see what happens tomorrow. Not much hope.

I have too much to complain about, Everybody is unprofessional unqualified, And unorganized.. The staff is a bunch of liars, There's 0 motivation to produce. I got into an accident April 13th 2024, I almost died, I broke both of my legs both of my feet my shoulder my back and my fingers on both hands.. It is now September 13th Still no progress on my case no resolution and I can't get in touch with anybody I've called at least 15 times this month alone, I went to the garden of the God's location 4 times as hard as it is because of my injuries.. I spoke with A manager, Who came across as if he was sympathetic to my situation and then completely forgot about me after sending him 4 emails. I'm at my wits end. And these people have your life in their hands and they're so cavalier and dismissive about each person.. I've been working as a Barber for 20 years. I need assistance desperately. And nothing has been done on my case in 5 months..

I spent hours on the phone trying to get a hold of an operator to only be told that you guys can't make income changes over the phone. After I was just told by the Denver office to call my own county to make the update.
The operator was rude and unempathetic.
If your website is down, it is not our fault.
Dhs should not be expecting people to drive down to their office, especially if they're disabled and unable to drive. Fix your website Or make changes over the phone!

0/10 people will call you non stop for unknown reasons, they just say nothing and wait for you to hang up. If you try to call they just say "hello" three times then hang up. USELESS!!!

Hold for 30+ minutes, get answered, told I'm being re-directed to the right department, redirects me to the SAME LINE to go on hold another 25 minutes, to again be told I'm being re-directed, to the wrong place AGAIN. Don't even bother on the phone with these people. Things were bad before COVID, but since everybody started working remote and a good labor shortage, you can't get good phone service from any state/federal services.
(719) 636-0000 number and (719) 444-8200 are the same line.
