I bought my first e-bike (the Ride1Up Portola) from Eric and his team and I cannot say enough about how GREAT they ALL were!!! Very helpful. Very informative. Most of all - very patient! Two months later, I’m commuting to work almost every day and I’ve put 800 miles on it.

These guys are awesome! They were such a big help to me. So much gratitude towards them. They got me all set up in a extremely fast turnaround time at a really good price. Now my bike feels better than when I took my first ride. If I ever need any other bike services, this is the place for me!

This shop is amazing, I had such a great experience from the test ride to picking up my bike.

I received a Denver E-bike Rebate and had heard great things about the Ride1up brand. Eforce was the only shop around that carried Ride1up and they helped me decide which one I wanted to go with when I showed up for a test run.

Once I picked out the bike, applying the rebate was quick and easy. When I picked up the bike Eric helped me load it in the car and I was on my way.

Great people, great shop. Highly recommend!

Although this is primarily an E-bike Sales/Repair shop, I still decided to give Eric the owner a call and asked if he could help with my Electric Scooter which had a stripped bolt and he told me to bring it in and he is helping me for a very fair price!
Also, this establishment has a variety of new e-bikes on display and ready to demo ride! Would highly recommend.

Eric and team did a wonderful job showing me different kinds of E bikes at the shop on Tennyson street.

Initially I was looking at the online store Lectric XP folding but the battery removal seems really clumsy.

Ended up buying Ride1Up - Portola ($1,100) folding E bike which Eforce is a distributor of so you can test drive.

They charge $175 for assembly and tune and I soup it up with the Touring package with suspension seat pad.

0-30mph under 10 seconds and unlimited mpg Ride one up!

I cannot speak highly enough regarding EfEB, Eric, and his team.

I inadvertently bent an electrical pin on my Delta ebike with a Promovec energy system.

It was my good luck that my bike was accepted for analysis and repair despite the bike not being purchased from EfEB, and they not having previously repaired that line of ebike or e-system. (Many shops won't service what they didn't sell, or is for an unfamiliar system.)

Mechanic Andy, found the problem. Then Eric, working collaboratively with Promovec's warranty agent in Michigan, secured a new controller and had the bike back to me quickly once lines of communication and supply were established.

(They even alerted me to an unrelated, design issue, not to upsell me, but as an FYI.)

Had I not found EfEB, and with their willingness to be service oriented, my bike might have lost its juice forever.

I found the labor charge for such quick and experienced service to be within my expectations.

So, If you need a great shop to service, or repair, your bike it would be my expectation that you will be pinning the next 5 🌟 review.

Great local bike shop! Highly recommend for their knowledge, experience, customer service, and affordable prices. They specialize in Ride1Up ebikes (authorized dealer) and I wouldn't take my Ride1Up bikes to any other shop for repair and maintenance. Every time I have gone in there and spoke to someone I learn something new.

When shopping for a new bike, they have a fleet of bikes to take for test rides so you can find the bike that fits you best. No pushy salesman trying to get you to buy the most expensive bike. They can tell you about the bike specs and components and answer questions or give recommendations, but no pressure or sales gimmicks that other places may try. Owner and employees are down to earth, honest, and treat people right. They also accept the ebike vouchers put out by Denver city and the state of Colorado.
