If I could give EchoPark Thornton 10 stars, I absolutely would! Isaiah L. was phenomenal to work with. Having not purchased a vehicle in over a decade, I was completely unprepared for the process. It didn't matter to him. He addressed every question and concern with patience, a smile, and thorough explanations. He and the EchoPark team turned what could have been a stressful experience into an incredibly positive one. Plus, I got a great deal on my car!

The company's no-haggle policy is truly refreshing, fostering a level of transparency rarely seen in the industry. EchoPark stands out as accessible, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely helpful. The Thornton location itself is spacious, comfortable and clean, creating a relaxing environment that allows clients to focus on their needs without feeling overwhelmed.

My only recommendation; corporate should give each branch as many staff as they say they need to minimize wait times during signing and further enhance the customer experience.

Jalin was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the information he gave us on the Gladiator. He offered us all of the extra insurance policies and didn't pressure us when we declined. He told us the reasons why the policies were good and what we'd be responsible for of we declined them. He patiently showed us the 2nd vehicle we were interested in. He is a good asset.
