I have owned a Berkey water filtration system for years, and needed to replace my filters right away because one of them broke when I dropped it ring to prime and it was almost done anyway. I got on the Berkey website to find a verified dealer nearby and came across Eagle Office Products. I was so impressed with their amazing customer service both on the phone and when I went in to pick up the filters. It was an enjoyable, pleasant experience and they were very knowledgeable about their Berkey products.

I was in a bind to have custom made office products for gift baskets and I reached out to Charles. Immediately, they were able to compile, customize and deliver the products in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price.
