I bought a 2014 previously converted sprinter from EM Motors that was a trade in for them. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, Erick and Celeste were amazing to work with, they’ve been incredibly helpful the entire purchase process, from loan paperwork, through to taking care of some mechanical issues that arose after I drove it from Boise to SLC. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

If you have a chance to do business with EM Motors, consider yourself very lucky. It's rare to find people so passionate in any business, especially used cars. These people really, truly care! The brothers actually flew out east and then drove a van across country, and then delivered it to my doorstep, and I live in the next state over from them! They really knocked themselves out not just for the sale- this van would have sold quickly anyway- they just knew I was gung-ho on this van! Ever since, these folks have been a part of my van experience and have pretty much even become friends!! If I need a vehicle in the future I will definitely see if EM motors can hook me up. They are the best !!

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I have been wanting a sprinter van for quite a while now. After being on the hunt for several months, one finally popped up that seemed like a deal that was too good to be true. So I reached out to see if the van was still available, and it was! I made quick moves to get financing in place, purchased a one way flight, and coordinated schedules to meet up with them on a Saturday, when they are typically out of the office. They were the nicest people. I loved being able to meet their dog while I was there too. They offered so much advice for my own van build. Businesses often times say that they treat their customers like family, but these guys really do go that extra mile. They even gave me a hug before I headed out and made me promise that I would send them a message when I got home so that they knew I arrived safely. I highly recommend doing business with them!

First of all I’d like to say that I’m extremely pleased with my “new to me” rare Call of Duty limited edition Jeep. It definitely gets the looks around town and is running great.

The reason I’m writing this review however, is to point out the exceptional service I received buying a vehicle from EM Motors. This was the first used vehicle purchase I’ve made since about 1990 (I’ve typically bought new). With that being said, I was somewhat apprehensive in buying a new vehicle. EM Motors made it a great experience. Hassle free buying experience, a fair trade-in value for my Chevy Silverado, and a fair price for the Jeep I purchased. After the purchase there were a few minor issues (nothing mechanical). Erick and Celeste (the owners) went well out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and they stood behind what they sold. They could have easily said the vehicle is purchased as is and went on their way. That is not how they do business.

Not only do they stand behind their vehicles and take care of problems with no hassle, they are very pleasant people wanting to do what is right. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle and a positive experience! I would have no reservations about recommending them to family members and friends alike.

This is a wonderful place to deal with. I have been working with Justin for a while now and the depth and breadth of his knowledge about the Sprinter vans is pretty incredible. He is always gracious in answering my questions, even when I need a second (and third!) clarification and he is just a pleasure to deal with. And it’s not just Justin; I have dealt with Celeste and others there and the experience has been the same. They have cool vehicles, know their stuff, and are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Update: late in September I bought a new 4X4 Sprinter from EM...black with big wheels and tires, roof fan and side windows; just love it. They had it there as promised and were a pleasure to deal with. But...the after the sale interactions have been even better. I am back in Boise today where I had them install an auxiliary heater, which was done in a timely manner with the van immaculate when they handed it back. Justin picked up the van from my hotel, brought it back with a full tank, added DEF fluid and encouraged me to speak with their build team about how best to go about my build plans.

Our family cannot say enough good things about EM Motors. Throughout the entire sales process Erick and Celeste were exceptionally professional and friendly. They took the time to answer all of our questions, with interest in hearing what we had to say. All of their vehicles where of top quality and condition. You can quickly tell that they take great pride in treating customers fairly and being honest about what they are selling you. I was completely caught off guard when, while driving home, my wife commented that she was looking forward to shopping for our next car with EM Motors. She is not the trusting sort, so it say a lot, about the buying experience at EM Motors. Thank you Erick and Celeste, we wish you guys the best, we will visit you guys first, for our next vehicle.

Erik and Celeste are super professional and got me a great deal. They did a lot of work to help me get into my ride, not to mention their super friendly. For being car sales people, it was the best car buying expierence. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot before anywhere else! This is a smaller dealership, however, they have newer high end vehicles at very attractive prices. We took the one to our mechanic for a very thorough inspection. He said it was very clean and could only find the front brakes that would soon need replacing.
Very easy to work with. Not pushy in the least.
I highly recommend them.
