They have some cactus spirits that are very similar to tequila with a smoked cactus that was wonderful although I did not care for personally the other choices of spirits I did like all three choices on the cactus ones. I did not try their food, but what I seen going to tables was very good. They have a great little sitting area outside the staff was friendly although they were doing some training which delayed service they were still very nice about how they handled it when communicating. It’s got a great atmosphere and plenty of choices of unique drinks and food choices. The grain that they make the spirits out of they also use in their baking which is very unique and it is Colorado’s oldest grain,

My partner and I stopped in to see what the cactus spirits were all about and we ended up trying a few other things on the menu. If you are a mezcal fan, I highly recommend the cactus! While you're at it, just go ahead and get a flight to try the variety of spirits on offer. The gin was also a surprise favorite.

I love that so many ingredients are sourced locally. Warm, cozy surroundings with a chill vibe. Thank you Sam, Noel, and Nick for taking care of us! We will be back again for sure!!

This was originally a one star review because the bartender Gus was so unwelcoming and terrible in conversation that we had to leave the bar and sit at a table, which is also a pretty awkward thing to have to do.

It is now a few days later and I’ve edited this review up to 3 stars because everyone else was lovely and my drink was really good.

I expect my next visit to be a five star experience as long as Gus isn’t there.

This place is wonderful!! Love their bread and chips and salsa! The cocktails are super unique and they have a wide selection! But what really stood out to me was the young ladies, Noelle and Ali. They were so attentive and super personable and fun and entertaining, while simultaneously maintaining professionalism. Great ambiance, great service, great character! Love dryland! Also you can get cocktails to go!!

Right on Main St, this distillery captures the essence of Longmont. Intimate hip vibe, knowledgeable and welcoming staff, great selection of local pours.

If you're local do not go to this tourist trap of a bar. They are only interested in serving wealthy looking boulder types. I went here with my mother and we were completely ignored. The cocktail menu and drinks took forever to receive. The server was way more interested in helping a group of girls who were way too young for him than helping us. There are way better bars close by that aren't as stuffy and rude.

The best atmosphere for a few drinks and small plates. Caitlin was attentive, gave great recommendations, was very knowledgable, and was so friendly. We will definitely be making this a weekly go to.
