I really enjoyed my Discreet Journal and found it as a nice way to ground myself to start the day. I think it really helps process and practice mindfulness (being actively aware of how you feel) when you write it on paper. I found the questions were great at prompting a way of thinking I typically don’t tap into and found it very easy to work into my routine. I also felt I had a better grasp of my self wellness afterwards. I would recommend to anyone looking to begin our continue their mindfulness journey! I know it has helped me!
