I brought my Audi SQ5 to Discount Tire, and they caused thousands of dollars in damage by incorrectly lifting it. Instead of using the proper jack points, they missed all four, which led to cracked plastic, bent metal, a crushed pinch weld, and damage to the rocker panel. Despite my background as a former Discount Tire employee and Volkswagen technician, they refused to acknowledge the mistake and made it a hassle to get the repairs covered. It took repeated calls to corporate before they finally agreed to pay for the repairs.

This isn’t the first time this has happened—they’ve damaged one of my previous vehicles the same way. I firmly believe that many customers don’t realize Discount Tire is damaging their cars like this, because it’s not always immediately visible.

Update: After all that trouble, this location has now decided they won’t work on my vehicle again—apparently because they know I’ll notice if they cause more damage. It’s disappointing, especially as a former employee, but I guess that tells you all you need to know.

If you know anything about cars, take your business elsewhere—or at the very least, closely inspect your vehicle after every visit.

Had two tires replaced, and got a faulty tire sensor notification. I brought it back in the next time I was free and they were very helpful and talked me through the process and explained the replacement part and instillation would of course be free if they broke the old sensor which ended up being the case. I was grateful to have a sense as soon as the alarm came on that this tire shop in particular would handle it fairly. Fast professional and fairly priced. (a little more than ebay and your cousin with a car ramp, but its a business- you get what you pay for) Nick was very helpful and professional.

I have been going to this location for 8 years. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I always make an apt online to save some time. This location can get busy, but I think it is because so many people enjoy their service. I’ve never had any issues. I utilize their free air pressure checks, which are quick and also come with great customer service. It’s also very clean!

Edit based on response from store and subsequent discussion with store manager, Barak. He took ownership of the damage to my wheels and is correcting the situation. He seemed genuinely concerned about the quality of work his shop does and I do believe the outcome will benefit future customers. This is the kind of customer service response all stores should have.

Im very impressed with this crew. Professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I happen to just get in when they were all caught up for a balance / rotation. I arrived at 1:52p and I was back on the road at 2:11p. Quickest service I’ve had with Discount to date. Bravo!

Came out this morning to a flat tire. Put the spare on and made an appointment at Discount tires for 3:15. I pulled up at about 3:05 and it was packed, which made me nervous. However, I was immediately greated by Jacob, who took me out to inspect my car and tires. After a few minutes I was sat in the lobby and I saw the car in the bay a few moments later being worked on. About 30 minutes later, I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire, but that my sensor had been damaged and replaced and that I was all set. When I asked if I owed anything, the guy told me it was free for flat fixes.
I couldn't believe it! Excellent, quick service. We will definitely be back. Thanks everyone!

Went in during their busy season. Place was packed! Scheduled my service online and dropped my car off. They were able to have my car ready so fast I wasn't ready to pick it up. Filled out their post service survey and their store manager followed up immediately. Very genuine in seeking improvements to the store experience and offered future suggestions for convenience. Felt appreciated as a customer.

There was a mistake made when I booked appt online however I was so happy with Elijah and the team at the location, their excellence, professionalism and making things right affirms why I always drive 5 hours to this location!
