Pretty good department store with something for every one and age. I enjoyed the kitchen kind of things especially and the colored boots were eye popping 👀. It’s a lot like a Macys by price point and all they offer.

Dillards is a quality store. I think it’s the best quality men’s store in the area with numerous collections.

And I am glad they have benches outside so you can sit in the shade while your wife is shopping. My wife was impressed with the sales clerk that helped her she told her what she was looking for color purple and clerk directed her to exactly what she needed

Needed a new suit for an upcoming wedding event and was not looking forward to the process. Tom in Men's Tailored Clothing was the utmost in professionalism and help in finding a great suit that will fit this event and any other foreseeable need for a suit. His markings for alterations worked out perfectly and we are very happy with the result. He also helped with suggestions on the other pieces needed to complete the look. Thank you, Tom!

Visited the women’s shoe department today. What a sad situation to see employees forced to work under such horrible conditions. A department normally staffed with 8-9 people operating with 4. When shared with the manager I was essentially told ‘ they are short’ and don’t have back up. No remorse at all. No interest to improve. When asked what the policy is relative to employees working like this store manager said ‘ they don’t share their policies with customers’. So if anyone wants to work at Dillards think twice as your stress is not a consideration. I am shocked. There was zero sincerity or interest to fix.
I’m a loyal Dillards shopper for all my needs. I hope someone at corporate sees this and looks into it. It is very unfair to disrespect your employees and customers like this. Remember how the lights stay on!!! Because of customers. Basic retail principle.

I’m not one to write reviews and I absolutely hate clothes shopping. With a passion. However I needed a couple new bras so I went to Dillards. The quality of their bras is outstanding. I was feeling very insecure in myself but Kayla on floor 3 was so helpful in finding my correct size and let me tell you the right size makes a big difference. Kayla was to patient with me and I felt bad but she was very sweet. I left the store today with three new bras that I’m comfortable and confident in. Thank you Kayla!

Well appointed and large store, enjoyable shopping experience. Helpful staff are available in each department, no searching for an employee like in some stores. Items are organized in a way that makes sense, and at easy to find.

Been looking for a black shoulder bag with sliver hardware for quite a while and finally found one at Dillards today. There weren't too many customers in the handbag department and I saw only one sales associate. Tried to make eye contact with her several times and could not. Yet, she was very friendly and helpful with others. Finally caught her eye and she just turned away and ignored me. She welcomed everyone else I saw, but chose to ignore me.

I went to Maria at a cosmetics counter and asked if I could pay for the handbag. She assisted me right away and began looking for the associate in handbags. She found her, Sheila, and offered to ring me up herself. Sheila helped her and again did not say a word to me nor made eye contact. This whole encounter started to feel like prejudice or racism at this point. I will never step foot in that department again.

My experience was really great. What I thought was gonna be bad like last time. My only complaint was hard to find a sells associate. She moved quick fast, gave me my space when needed while I tried on shoes and gave her advice. Great customer service!!!!!! She was awesome. I will be back.
