Review update - I still stand behind my review for purchasing truck however after purchase hasn’t been a good experience- financing dept. gave us incorrect information in regards to names on title, costing us unnecessary money and time. He failed to respond to us and when management was emailed we received no response. Once you purchase your vehicle their excitement seems to end. 1 star for financing .

Logan met us at the door and was our guy to help us buy our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. He (for such a young guy) did excellent. Showed us the 2 vehicles we were interested in. If he did t know something he said I don't know but will find out for you. Very pleasant to work with. We gave a handshake and said we would sleep on the deal and see him at noon the following day. We came in and finalized our deal. Everyone we spoke to was very kind and informative. Eric was helpful and we were pleased to have been able to talk to him. GREAT experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I live in Florida and found my dream car on their website, reached out immediately and was shocked with how amazing their customer service was with me being so far away. They held the vehicle for me for a couple weeks while I coordinated my trip out there, they even picked me up at the air port and shuttled me to and from my hotel the few days I was in town. The first person I talked with was Manny who gave me the initial info I was looking for, Logan was my sales rep who stayed in constant communication with me throughout the whole process and even followed up with me after the sale to make sure I made it home safe since I was driving 36 hours back home, it was all around amazing service from both of them and I couldn’t be happier. I know I was really picky about a lot of things with this car and Logan was incredibly patient and worked so hard to make sure I had everything I needed. What really stood out was when we got to financing and wrapping paper work up, I wanted to use my own bank but due to a hiccup with them, they weren’t able to fund the entirety of the purchase price. Ben worked really hard to find a good middle ground between what they needed for the vehicle and what I was able to put down, after all was said and done they ended up either taking a hit on the vehicle or just barely breaking even from my math, I was fully expecting to not leave with this vehicle but they made it happen. Any other dealer would have just told me they couldn’t do it and called any of the other people they had in line for the vehicle, but Ben and the rest of his guys worked so hard to get me in this car. Even though I’m all the way across the country these guys have earned my business whenever I need a new vehicle.

Eric and his staff deserve all the stars! They helped me when nobody else would. Did you know Ram has NO 24/7 number for help? At all? Roadside assist, yes, but didn't need a tow, I was able to get to a hotel. I needed an answer to a problem. My new ram truck has/had a transmission warning message while driving through Texas. Nobody is open here on a Sunday. Turns out, nobody we have purchased a truck from in Idaho is open either, and we've bought a LOT of Ram trucks over the years. This crew got me an answer to get me by until a dealership here in Texas opens Monday morning. Dennis Dillon, we love our 370 Z and our RV we got from you. Your team is top notch.
