The building is well kept and there is a free parking garage below. There is also a nice view of the ocean with seating.

On July 7, 2021 Justice finally arrived !
Thank you to our Mayor Terry Gaasterand and Council members Dave Druker and Tracy Martinez. Thank you for respect for the law and maintaining fairness.
Before this, I imagined many times that if the illegal in the CDM buffer area in dispute were allowed to remain illegal, it would always be a shame for our city in trying to enforce the law in the future.
our planning Director , Joseph Smith, in order to protect the natural environment on which we live as much as possible, has done his duty responsibly, and worked tirelessly. I give him my high respect !

The offender is a senior architect knew the law, but he was very arrogant, arrogant with no bottom line, ignore the law. Not only illegal building on his own estate, but even destroying the neighbor's estate, swearing at the neighbor, and bullying the neighbor for more than 30 years! The neighbor who couldn't bears it any longer, took him to our del mar court of law-our City Council and got him the punishment he deserved!

I would like again to pay tribute to our Mayor Terry Gaassterland and Council members Tracy Martinez and Dave Druker !
