DeAnza College Campus Bookstore

I don't understand how a campus bookstore doesn't have the books for classes offered by the college. I went here twice to purchase my textbooks. The first time I went they were out of stock but told me that they were ordering more and that they should arrive the following week. Came back the next week and they were already out of stock ... again. They told me they would place another order and that they'd be in the following week. It's the third week of the quarter and I still don't have textbooks. It's the beginning of the quarter why wouldn't you have any in stock? They are also really expensive and don't have a clear return policy. One person told me 3 days and another told me 7 days. This is a very unorganized operation.

ordered a materials kit from here. 1 week later, find out there is a missing item. "no refunds after items have left store" no exchanges no returns

Half empty. Never open. Overpriced.
