Came to Idaho to visit my boyfriend and we visited a ton of card shops but this one is by far my favorite one that I have visited. The guy was super sweet and welcoming, the cards are also affordable! I started collecting cards recently and was able to find some eeveelution cards that I needed for my collection! I’m definitely going to be coming back to this store when I visit Idaho again <3, didn’t quite get the guys name but If you end up reading this review thank you for everything and wishing the best! ~ best regards, from an Arizonan! 🏜️

Sign said open at noon but didn't actually open until 12:45pm. Only had stock for pre-orders of the new set with no sign on the door or anything on the website. This leads to myself and other wasting most of over an hour waiting for them to open, only for them to not have anything to buy.

I would avoid trying to buy new sets here outside of pre-orders, but is otherwise a decent game store, which is why I'm rating 2 stars instead of just 1.

We went in to sell some of our son’s cards. We went before to see if they would buy them. The first guy was so helpful and nice. We went back to do it. I put cards in then I needed to check out. Waited my turn in line. He came over told me how to do it and left.
I took to counter, he said no they are not in order. The first had told me alphabetic order so that is what I did. I guess when you check out it tells you what order to put it in. So I went back and did it that way. Michael was very unhelpful and cost both of us time. If he would have taken time to give instructions it would have saved us both time.

The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming. They host game nights for most popular card games, and even have board game nights where you can use their large collection of board games. The community of people who frequent the store are great to sit down and play with. You would be missing out if you didn’t visit at least once.

Regardless of what game I've been into, DSG always has stuff that I need. Les and his crew work hard to provide an amazing experience for anyone that walks into the shop. I've recently gotten into DnD and they've had some amazing custom pieces that I didn't even know I needed 😅
If you play tcgs, tabletop, or even just want to learn a new hobby, You have to swing by this nerd haven!
