Really happy that this resource is near the house...living on a small ranch always has its issues and having D & B near is a blessing. They always have a great selection of things we need and tons of things we want but don't exactly need...service is always friendly and through. Always a fun trip.

Bought a new Mr Heater 210k BTU heater today from the Kuna location. Was excited to use this heater on a job-site today but it turned out to be very disappointing. When we got to the job we turned it on for the first time and the fan made a terrible sound. We shut it off right away and removed the top to find the fan wheel was bent and scraping the metal around it. We adjusted that and turned it back on and it would run between 30 minutes to an hour and then shutoff. We were working outside and it was very cold with no reason for the thermostat to shutoff. When we would go to turn it back on it wouldn’t turn on unless we took the cover off. When it ran it did well but I’m disappointed with the purchase. I love D & B Supply and their customer service and I’m hoping they take this heater back. This review has nothing to do with the store but is a product review.

I give it 4 stars because of their overall service. Today I picked up a couple of items and both were missing pieces. I asked the gentleman who loaded them about the missing pieces. He couldn't find them ,then asked me, "I don't know what you want me to do?" He needs a little more customer service training. I spoke to a manager, who we will see if i get the missing pieces.

Bought crumble chicken feed.....got home and through pouring it into feeder; foundation was pellets (didn't expect to have to read bag and double check).
Checked with my receipt and it says crumble (not pellets). I was given wrong bag and now have to return, spend more $ to properly feed the chickens.

"If D&B doesn't have it you don't need it." This really is true. I walk in and saw stuff I never expected to be sold any where. they sold chicken feet, pig ears and buffalo horn all in just the dog section. 10/10

Looking for parts for Mantis rototiller. Sadly, their shop guy is on vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all Mom's questions about the services they offer in relation to the Mantis.
Great price on 9 pounds of Timothy hay for my rabbit. (Usely can only find 3 lbs sizes). Also, they had a great clearance bin. New pair of slippers and the most adorable mug.
