Older lady cashier with gray shoulder length hair with a bright color stripe in it, she was heavier was ride as hell! I came in with two boxes of shoes to compare to two I had on hold for gifts!! She would not let me take the shoes to even look at them and kept grabbing them from me like my daughter and I was going to grab them run!! Are serious right now! I brought in $400 worth of shoes with receipts with me and was looking to buy $400 more!!!

I don’t need to steal from anyone of be spoken down too, like she did!! Next thing you know because of how we were dressed we had everyone on us, felt like we were being followed around!!!! We are farmers, and looked rough cause we were working!! I am sooooooooo offended, and NEVER have been treated like this before! I don’t need to do anything shady, for I could buy your company sweetheart!! I may have been dressed in sweatpants and work boots Looking like I couldn’t rub two nickels together , but it’s because I work. I was soooooo offended!!!! She was not helpful from the beginning and just rude!!

As soon as she heard me say to my daughter how rude she was being, she calmed a little and started blaming the weather, Christmas coming up etc, but the damage was already done!!! You Offended and embarrassed me in front of my daughter, and we work really hard for our money not just standing and selling shoes!! We could’ve bought your company if we wanted to so you didn’t have to worry about us walking out with a pair of shoes, When you have them in your hands right in front of us!!!! Craziest thing I’ve ever seen!!! I can’t tell you how upset I am!!! We were regulars there that spent thousands of dollars!!!! Smh 🤦‍♀️ smh Disgusting you need better customer service that’s for sure old grouchy ladies with purple stripe in their hair. Need to settle down before they don’t have a job at all.

Terrible customer service if you need to make return. No one has time for you and they will give you the run around. I came as a favor to swap something out for someone. They proceeded to give me the run around for about 30 minutes. AWFUL!
