Staff was truly amazing friendly and very helpful help me and my familyin an emergency when are house caught fire in the middleof the night. Rooms clean. I would definitely stay again.

The pool was closed for maintenance but it was not mentioned on the website so we didn't know until we got there which was a big disappointment for the kids and one of the things we looked for when choosing where to stay.. There was a press on nail on the bedroom floor and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The TV remote was missing the back which might seem like a minor thing but with everything else it just seemed like it wasn't very clean and was not taken care of.

Old run down ... beds hard .... pillows are the worst. Went to go for breakfast at 8:45 am.... THEY HAD CLOSED EVERYTHING DOWN. Did get a 1/2 glass of CANNED Orange Juice... terrible taste and the coffee was bitter. We would have been better if we slept in our car. We give it a F- grade. Customer service at its worst.

Positive: It had a bed that I was able to sleep in. Negative: I was not able to take a shower due to it not working. The wall unit for heat and air did not work. They had a portable fan and a portable heater in the room.

I should have read the reviews before I booked. Checked in on Sunday checking out on Thursday. Not once was my room cleaned or trash taken out even though I had asked for it. The place is really run down and in need of cleaning, hallways are just filthy and in need of a good cleaning and vacuuming. My room was better but fridge and microwave didn’t work. I was told I had to have a $100 cash deposit then when I checked out the receptionist acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about till I produced a receipt that I had to demand in the first place. Will never stay here again nor will I ever recommend this place. Had I been able to afford to forget the money I paid and book somewhere else I would have.

Pool was not open and hot tub had a strong chlorine smell that made our eyes hurt. Service was amazing.. clerk was very nice.

Wanted a overnight getaway with the family. Looking for a place with a hot tub and pool.
The hot tub here was out of order the pool was freezing cold. When we arrived the front desk had trouble finding our reservation and took an hour to book us in. The vending machines were also out of order so forget about getting a snack. Okay.. free breakfast. Sounds great.... literally a bowl of cereal. Thats it. Definitely not worth the price.
