So many ups and downs. But if your not talking to the manager or owner it's the worst customer service I have received when spending thousands of dollars.

1. Got an optic, didn't work out of the box, was told by a counter employee they would exchange it, then by an old grumpy dude I should read the policy. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is the manager made it right.

2. Showed up to pick up firearm, background check disappeared out of the system. Called in next day was told they couldn't tell me over the phone.. they call and leave a voicemail typically. And had to escalate again to get an answer.

Was told by girl on the phone she doesn't need the attitude when she is being super unhelpful.

Last time I do business with these folks. Good luck if you operate like that. I had such an initial good first impression, heavily depends on who you talk to.

Damage Factory has been my favorite shop for years now. I used to live nearby and found out about them when looking for the closest shop at the time. I now live 30mins away and it’s still my go to shop for anything firearm related. They have an awesome selection of new guns, as well as a section of unique consignment guns that are always amazing to look through. They have a wall of AR parts/accessories, holsters, ammo, and everything else you can think of. They even have an indoor range.

The staff is always welcoming, kind, and do everything they can to help you with what you need, and if they dont have what you're looking for, they’ll work with you to find the product and they can even have the parts sent to them and install them for you if you need.
Every time I’m there I end up buying something one way or another, but I have yet to complain about my purchases from them.
They’ve even hooked it up with stickers/patches occasionally, and on my last big purchase, they gave me a gift to go along with it.
Damage Factory is awesome, these guys are the best. Check them out.

I called and emailed a day before I came here to ask if the sell ar15 build stuff, they do so I went here. Now I spent $3500 and you would think they would be grateful for that, but no I was sold a 9mm upper, a 45 cal bolt and now I'm discovering wrong parts in the bags they helped me pick out like a take down pin where the bolt catch bag of parts was, or a selector switch with the buffer retaining pin! That's after the 3 guys selling me stuff took 45 mins to ring me out because he obviously doesn't know how to scan shit, so I come back and now that same guy who can't scan shit starts an argument with me telling me I picked out the wrong stuff when I asked them to help me get everything I needed for 2 ar15 builds, they picked out the best parts they had for me, and I specifically stated I did not want to order anything, I only wanted what they had on hand. Now the best part, after reviewing my receipt the guy who kept screwing up scanning stuff and had to restart 4 times double scanned me, so I paid extra for a bunch of parts I didn't even get. I would have given this place 1 star had it not been for owner at least chewing that guys ass out the 1st time I came in, but the fact he still has a job there after arguing with me when all I did was let his guys pick the parts for me is why I won't return here again. Does this place have potential? Sure, but do these guys know how to build an ar15? No, and finally is it overpriced? A little, but the many many mistakes made by 2 people who work here is to much for anyone, I would not recommend coming here as they will blame you for for there screw ups when you say I've never done this before I don't know what I need, I need you to help me pick out the parts and that's what they do! Just not worth it.
