They may have decent stock but they do not have decent people. DO NOT work in a card shop if you’re going to be bothered by people asking about the products you are selling. I get having to deal with some annoying people but don’t treat everyone like they're annoying and at least try to act interested in your job and what you’re selling.

I have not had a single good experience at this store. This is always our last resort store if we can not find the cards we are looking for anywhere else in the city, and I mean anywhere else, including online. The guy wearing glasses is either rude or tries to take advantage of me being less knowledgeable about Magic to try and sell me a version that is 200% the price of a cheaper version I was looking for. The other guy who works there with longer hair seems to be trying to make at least checking out more tolerable. It seems like the other people who work there are well aware of how little customer service and how disgusting his business practice is by trying to take advantage of people who aren't as knowledgeable on cards. It seems like there might be some favoritism from the man with glasses as some people seem to have a good impression of him.

Went here once to look for some MTG singles and I will not return. Old guy behind the counter was clearly annoyed by my presence for the 5 minutes I was there. He charged me $16 for a card that was going for $8 online, and his reasoning was "we don't come by that card too often". Then, at one point when I said, "oh, I'm surpised you guys don't have that card in stock," the guy retorted, "of course it's out of stock, all you Magic players want the same cards because you all build the same decks". He might have been right to some extent, but c'mon, still rude to talk that way to a first time customer.

I guess I'm in the minority, but I love Dalez. Employees have always been friendly, they have a ton of MTG singles that are well organized, so I almost always find what I'm looking for. Their prices are steep, but I understand how hard it must be to compete with all the online market places so I don't mind spending a little extra to support them. The vibe reminds me a lot of TCG stores from the 90's. It's just a great tcg store and I'm glad it's in my area.

Best card shop by a mile! They really know how to run their business, and it shows. I appreciate the limits on coveted items in an attempt to give more people a chance at having it in their hands. The people are always helpful and professional.

Every time I go here, I feel like I'm walking on eggshells. Sure, they have a big selection of game accessories and a good stock of Pokémon items. But every time I ask for something out of the case, the request is going to be returned with either a scowl or groaning.

I get the sense that this isn't meant to be a place for building a community, but just a spot to exchange money for items. If that's the case, why would I not just shop online?

They did have Prismatic ETBs during launch day, but were charging $120 per box, which- damn. That price even beats out some of the scalpers.

Upon visiting was very excited as I had heard good things about this store and the inventory when I visited I was impressed but it was quickly ruined by the staff who seemed bothered at every opportunity and took every opportunity to be condescending.

Terrible pricing as well on majority of items and the store is barely navigable if you are disabled.

These are scalpers with an LLC I would not support them

Terrible experience. Everything is extremely overpriced, but whatever, they can put it at what they want I guess. But what really makes it a terrible experience is the guy behind the counter with the glasses. He seems to hate everyone. Have never felt so disrespected in any shop ever, worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Guy with the glasses needs to find a new job.
