I can't express enough how great the manager Katie is. We broke down in town on our way to Boise from Canada. By a happy chance we contacted the motel for a place to stay. She picked us up and we got the last room. She was so friendly and accommodating. We had a great night and were able to fix the car in the morning. On our way back today we stopped to give her some concert tshirts and thank her again. The hospitality and genuine kindness in small towns are such a blessing, I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend this motel! Thanks again Katie!!

The owner gave a warm and happy welcome! Everything was clean. The room, however, was severely run down and in dire(!) need of refurbishment. Everything was old and heavily used. It has been some while since I've seen a tube TV in a motel/hotel. The refrigerator was directly next to the head of the bed and very loud, as was the air conditioner.

Katie (the manager) is now one of my favorite people. My family and I broke down a couple miles outside of Arco. I called the motel around noon to see if there was any chance we could get into a room early to get our kids out of the heat, within 5 minutes she was there to pick us up so we didn't have to walk back into town!! She got us into a room right away, was beyond helpful and showed kindess that I haven't seen in years! The house keepers were also making their rounds, they stopped to check on us, gave us recommendations on local help with our car, everyone has gone out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. We are still currently checked in, they let us stay past the check out time so we didn't have to wait in town until we can get our car towed back to Montana. There are no words to describe how thankful I am to these incredible people! Apart from the hospitality, the room was super clean, quiet and had a "home" kind of feel! We just spent a week at hotels in Disneyland and I got better sleep HERE than I have all week! Its an older style hotel, but they have absolutely kept up on it and I would stay here every single time driving through this area. 10 / 10 recommend

Katie is Amazing! I came here for a one night stay for a trip across the US and ended up extending it to 2 nights. She made me feel right at home, helped me out beyond belief with dinner when I got there, made sure I was all settled in, I would not consider staying anywhere else. If she ever has availability and you are passing thru, stay here you will not regret it

Gosh I wish I could have remembered the lady name at front desk. She was very sweet when I was up there, I had a problem with my room and she fixed it right away and was very sweet during the process. Even went to check up on other customers after helping me. Ma'am you were amazing and that kind soul you have is always refreshing to see. Thank you for your service.

This basic town motel is lacking curb appeal. We almost missed the signage ..but don't be fooled if driving by..somehow it allures you in......it has sone grass & shady tree that is appealing on the outside + has a cuteness about it- owner lives onsite & has some homey touches- birdhouse, birdbath., small side garden / door & chair & basketball hoop in back. Most rooms have a small shared porch. Surprising inside wood ceiling & door touches, clean & spacious for size, 2 comfortable Queen beds, small table & chairs, micro & fridge,bathroom clean & towels good. Wifi could be stronger.
On the downside-We had requested & given early check-in- email looking forward to seeing you but no one around when we arrived- we wer not happy+ being out of country & no phone capabilities to call / text & being hot was disappointing but we went to travel gas centre down the street to get a cool drink.
When we returned we got a warm jovial welcome which lessened our prior demeanor .
When asked if they had Ice, coffeemaker & bowl for salad they gladly supplied & asked if anything else needed they would certainly assist.
The room was cool & inviting...air conditioner fan was quiet...got a great sleep. Gladly recommend when in the area to stay here.

The woman at the front desk was a real lifesaver! Expedia screwed us over, but she was able to get everything fixed for us. Rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. Thanks again!
