I've been ordering from this company since the late 70's. They used to be great! I placed an order that was supposed to ship in 7-10 days. Nothing! I called to speak w/ someone who could barely speak English & was told my order would not ship until sometime in March. My credit card had been charged. (Some of the items were for Valentine's Day) After speaking w/ a second person, I told them to CANCEL my entire order. 2 days later I get confirmation my order has shipped. Only to discover upon arrival, one of the items was missing. I will NEVER do business with this company again! Sad to see what Current Catalog has now become. Run away fast! They no longer care about their customers or the quality of service that they once stood for.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered from their online catalog. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I placed my order, set up my account and wanted to log off. There was no place to log off. So, I started a chat to find where I'm supposed to go. The information received by the chat was incorrect because there was no such tab. At this point I was really frustrated. I wanted to close the chat, cancel my order and receive a refund. The chat would not close. It obscured everything on the right side of the screen. I called customer service on 800-848-2848. The representative could not tell me how to close the chat window or log off the account. I gave the order number and asked her to cancel the order. She said she couldn't find the order. It goes on and on. They are no help. Once you place the order the nightmare begins.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered Christmas cards from them and never received them!! They did send the stickers that go with the cards...that's it!! It cost me $36.00!!! I will be filing a suit with my bank to have my money returned that they "stole" from me!!
UPDATE: They are returning my money for the cards only. I have used Current for my Christmas cards each year - and every year I have a problem (i.e. not sending the amount of cards I ordered) and have had the problem resolved right away. This one took forever and a LOT OF EMAILS back and forth! They only sent me a reply AFTER I posted my reviews across my platforms (i.e. Facebook, Google, etc).

Fed Ex delivered my package to wrong address. Said I had to contact Current because they couldn't help me. When I called Current, I was told I had to contact Fed Ex because they couldn't help me.

Just a tad bit confusing location to get into but not that bad. Large lot to back into docks once you get there (GPS WILL NOT BRING YOU TO THE WAREHOUSE, you’ll need to maneuver to the docks via google maps satellite view). Ring buzzer next to door to notify shipping/receiving of your arrival. I got there right as they opened and the secretary wasn’t at the desk yet so I just stood there like a lump on a log. I asked several people who I need to talk to and they literally ONLY know their own particular job in their particular corner and probably not even aware that there is a shipping/receiving area let alone DOCKS for trucks 😂😂😂 talk about being a cog in the industry. Once you press the buzzer someone magically appears 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

Ordered Christmas things off Walmart through them as a third party vendor. Here is is toward the end of February. They never sent them, couldn't pull up my order number, took no responsibility, and as a company are terrible. Don't order from them. Their customer service is a joke. They also charge too much and I've read in other reviews the quality is bad. Avoid this company. They are probably a scam company. Keep my 5 bucks. This is more fun. I hope you loose at least 5 dollars in sales. I can be petty too.
