What a wonderful quilt shop! The fabric selection is fabulous, from unique prints I haven’t seen elsewhere to a delightful assortment of blenders, low-volume prints, and batiks with designs that I haven’t encountered in other stores. Julie, the owner, is super helpful. She puts a lot of thought and consideration into her fabric collection here. The notions selection is quite good, too, with a lot of quality items.

I’ve gone into a lot of quilt and fabric shops in a lot of states, and sometimes I just leave disappointed, but I went a little wild at Creative Traditions 🙂

This was tremendously pleasant shopping experience out on the plains while going storm chasing last week! Enjoyed overhearing the conversations happening in the classroom, too. Hoping to come back the next time I’m out this way, and looking forward to pointing at the fabric I bought here and remembering a nice local quilt shop in a cute small town.

They do pictures on material so you can make a quilt or pillow or whatever. So nice to have this in a small town. She is very helpful. We are lucky to have a quilt shop!
