When you check in at 9:00pm you don’t expect to have an experience worth writing about. My expectations where to get my key and head to bed. Wow, was I wrong. Kevin the front desk clerk could work the downtown luxury hotels today! He Wass engaging and funny! If this one review held any weight I would say pay the man! I will come back just to check in late at night. The other star is Jody! Sweet as sugar and attentive. Took the time to invest in me, find out my name and where I’m from, but also reference other guest who where from the same place. Funny enough he is my friend! I docked all the other questions just so I could give service 5 stars! I will tell anyone who listens about this hotel!

The hotel staff exceeded our expectations with their attentive service and genuine hospitality. Our spacious room featured immaculate housekeeping and a plush king-size bed that provided exceptional comfort.
The shower's design presented several significant problems. The main shower head produced only a weak stream of water, while the handheld unit was completely non-functional. The doorless design, though presumably modern, resulted in two major issues: water consistently flooded the bathroom floor, and the open layout created an uncomfortable draft that made the showering experience unpleasant unless standing directly beneath the minimal water flow.
The bistro offered a limited but high-quality breakfast selection. However, the $4 charge for basic coffee seemed excessive, particularly considering the only complimentary alternative was the standard in-room pre-packaged coffee packets. For a basic amenity that most hotels provide freely, this additional cost felt like an unnecessary burden on guests seeking their morning coffee.
The most concerning aspect of our stay was the unexpected $12 daily parking fee. This charge, which was not disclosed during check-in, appeared on our final bill despite our limited time at the property. The lack of transparency regarding these additional costs was particularly disappointing, as it significantly impacted the overall value of our stay.
On our final day, the hot tub temperature registered at just 75 degrees, well below the standard 100-104 degrees typically maintained for guest comfort and safety. Needless to say I was very disappointed in not being able to enjoy a hot soak first thing in the morning.

This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. All the staff we encountered were so kind and accommodating. They printed a document for us and when I lost the backing to my ribbons on my uniform, the front desk staff went in the back and found me one saving the day. Samantha and Jodie who work at the bar were probably the nicest people I’ve ever met. We told them we were in town for a funeral and they gave us a drink on the house and also a coffee in the morning. Truly above and beyond. The room was nice as well. Very clean and comfy. Highly recommend staying here!

This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever had to stayed in.

The bed are barely made. You touch your cover and the sheets spread so you are touching the middle part which is common for all the people who ever slept on that bed.

The sinks are all plugged. I tried in two rooms. The water is not draining and if you put the water on you have about 5 seconds before the sink gets full. So you can’t even wash your face without having the disgusting drain water splashing in your face.

The faucets are so close to the sink that you can’t even wash your hands without touching the sink.

This hotel should not be operating, first I don’t understand how it’s insured because its a flood and health hazard.

Also they don’t give you clean towels they “origami” the towels above the toilet so you won’t be able to even wipe your face into a clean towel.

Great location. I interacted with 5 different staff members and have never felt more welcome. I travel for work weekly 50/52 weeks away and it’s a pleasure to feel the employees happiness when visiting for a short period of time. Everyone was wonderful. Shout out to the front desk staff! You ladies in the morning are wonderful. Also the overnight front desk clerk for bring a pleasure to work with when my key didn’t work. The bartender was a pleasure to listen to her level of NFL smack- although I did not use the bar I was enjoying the conversations while working in the lobby.

Clean hotel. Great service. Ample parking. Centrally located. Felt safe. Docked off one star for breakfast. We were there for a softball tournament. Courtyards usually do not provide free breakfast. Since we were staying because of the tournament, the hotel included free breakfast which we were grateful for. However, the breakfast was subpar. It was provided in brown lunch bags with processed breakfast sandwiches or processed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with other processed snacks. What was offered wasn’t healthy and was redundant after the 3rd, 4th, etc days. Otherwise, this was a fantastic hotel!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott! From the moment we arrived, Matthew at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome with his warm smile and exceptional customer service. He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

And let's not forget about Jodi at the restaurant! Her friendly demeanor and expert bartending skills made our dining experience truly enjoyable. She crafted delicious cocktails and provided great recommendations from the menu.

Overall, the staff at this hotel really made our stay memorable. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

If you need to go on a computer please don't go here I had to go to a different hotel so I could do my nursing tests for college. Then my poor daughter got hurt because I guess no one told the maintenance people there that the shelf in the closet was just supported by the bag of blankets for the couch it feel on my daughter it's a safety issue and the management only gave me 5k points . But she got hurt from it. The pool was nasty the lady there at the front I think her name was mandi? I totally could be wrong. She is amazing ans so is Jodi that works in the food area . I was really upset to when I woke up the next morning and they didn't have any of the hot, fresh breakfast food at all that they were advertising in the elevator 😑. Then the lady checked me in and she didn't Even say times or anything for breakfast. It was a really bad experience.
