Hotel was clean and comfortable, although the beds were hard. However, we did have a few service issues.
The lady checking us in told us the first shuttle was at 6am and we didn't need to sign up for it, just be at the door. She also wrote us a parking pass, although we didn't have a car, nor did she ask if we did. I saw later that it said a $10 parking charge.
In the morning, I checked out and let the girl know that we didn't have a car and didn't want to be charged $10. She said OK and nothing else. I got a receipt that my card had been charged $10 so she had to refund the money (I hope). We sat waiting for the shuttle and I finally asked if it was gonna be ready soon (at about 5:58) and she said the first shuttle is at 8am and we needed to sign up for it. I explained that we had talked to the lady the night before and told her we needed to go at 6 and she said that was fine.
The driver came right out and took us, although he didn't speak or offer to help with bags.
I liked the hotel itself but the service wasn't impressive and I would pick another hotel next time.

This Courtyard does not meet the standards of the overall Marriott brand and our stay fell far below our expectations. In summary, no hot water, broken ice machines, and common areas very run down. I don’t recommend anyone staying at this property. Here’s the longer story if you’re interested. The most problematic issue is we had no hot water and were never informed this might be a problem despite the staff knowing this was an issue for 3-4 days before we arrived. We were on a road trip so arrived late and went to sleep without realizing no hot water was coming in. Middle of the night hand washing was cold but didn’t think much of it. Morning came and no hot shower. Called front desk and staff said that “a few of our boilers aren’t working and some rooms aren’t getting hot water.” I asked how long the problem was going on and they said three or four days. There was no indication of this on the website nor any mention of it on checking in. BTW, no recognition of Marriott status at check in, which isn’t something I care much about, but in hindsight, it’s an indication of larger underlying problems at this property. A regional manager happened to be on site (maybe because of broken boilers and other problems?) and she kindly offered access to another room to shower. But there was no hot water in that room either. So they called next door to another Marriott property to ask if we could shower there. They did so I walked outside and across the parking lot for my shower. My wife was not up for an outdoor walk in cold weather to shower so she skipped it. Then when getting ready to go, I wanted to get ice for the cooler but the machines weren’t working. The staff gave us free breakfast and the food was very good. This property needs an owner willing to keep it maintained and updated. Booths in the restaurant are worn out, as is the carpet throughout. This was not a good stay and I would not recommend it to anyone who is expecting a stay like in other Courtyards across the country.

Everyone working at this location was super nice and had excellent customer service! Great job!!!
The pool and hot tub are not working at this location they said we could use the ones at the hotel next door but with evenings here being cool I have no desire to trapse from one hotel to other wet! Disappointing 😕

Chose this spot for location & brand. Disappointed… While my stay gave me a safe, clean place to stay & recharge, there were a few occurrences that fell way short. Took advantage of the Bistro one time for breakfast. It is incredibly overpriced for the lack of quality in food/drink they provide. The breakfast burrito was nothing more than a microwaved burrito - lacking in contents - $13.99. Yogurt was warm. Coffee - ordered “black, no cream” - filled only 2/3 of cup… Returned to my room only to have key no longer functional. On final morning, sitting at desk working at 8:50 am, had housekeeping barge in unannounced… This led to discovery that night manager had checked my room out at 5:25 am. Manager apologized; but that was totally unacceptable. Likely will not return to this property.

I booked a room here at a great rate through Priceline, and the staff was very friendly. However, the hotel itself is quite dated and not the cleanest. If you’re looking for an affordable place to crash for a night after a flight, this works well enough. But if you’re after a nicer, cleaner, or more upscale experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Hotel is very dated and dirty. The rooms lack the updates needed for the prices they charge. 1 bottle of water is $4.50 and they charge for parking. I have stayed now twice at this hotel and am very disappointed. I will never spend another dime here and I travel to this area twice a month. Never again will I stay at this location.

Just don’t…. It’s hands down the filthiest and most run down place I’ve every stayed. The front desk employee was pleasant. And the location off the highway and near airport make the location good. I really hate to be mean. But also hope maybe I help someone. It’s FAR from what I would expect at a Marriott property. My room has an awful smell. Every surface needs to be cleaned better. After reading all the other recent reviews my experience definitely isn’t an isolated incident…..

This hotel os Nasty!! Mold everywhere, 19 year old TV's it's really run down. Stay away. They also charge 10$ for parking even though it's not all their parking lot! Total joke.
