Costco Wholesale

This Costco has excellent lighting inside the store. It makes me want to stay longer than I normally would. It is super well managed in terms of displays. I have actually seen a few times when the General Manager and her other managers would pitch in to help keep the shelves, display shelves….etc in neat conditions. Oh! their “all hands on deck “ policy help to move us quickly at checkouts. So the other members and I never have to wait for a long time. I have been to almost every Costco locations in the Bay Area plus the ones in Sacramento too. I would rank it as number 2 in terms of all the things I mentioned above plus the cleanliness of the store. If you must know, the first is the Business Center in South San Francisco. But that was when they first opened. I have not revisited since then. One last thing about shopping and parking at Costco - I find it to be the safest place to park and shop. Their newly remodeled optical center in the store makes you feel like you are at actually at a store. Kudos to the team at this store. This will be my 22nd year as an Executive member of Costco.

Very rude the managers don’t know how to talk to people. They don’t greet you when you come in. They’re talking to me like I’m a child about my dog telling me that my dog is not a service dog and it’s a service dog and training. I was uncomfortable. The whole time I was in the store being followed around because I’m black. I will never go to this Costco again it’s racist racist prejudice When the manager seen me with my dog instead of having a conversation with me about my dog, she whispered to another manager oh, this is the dog that we’re following right here

It’s so funny how when a lady asked me to apply for an executive club membership, I said “no” because I don’t come here that often. I’ve been coming here a lot more and more than what I said to the lady when I first applied for membership years ago. I really love that there is a Costco close to me. This Costco has great selection of items and I always get what I need. The one con about going to Costco is everything is big. What I mean is if I need just a carton of milk it comes in a pack of three. But the price is right. Costco always has great holiday items. Costumer service is ok. I rarely need to ask for help. Unless I go to Optical or their foodcourt area and then when you check out. That’s the only real reaction with employees at Costco.

It’s a bit of a chaotic experience but worth it. I wouldn’t suggest buying shellfish there. I’ve done it a few times and awakened in the middle of the night, not feeling so well. The prices are reasonable. The products are of decent quality. The employees are usually helpful and friendly. I just need to remember to bring bags for the ride home lol

Great local place for groceries, but the staff could be a little more friendlier and professional, especially when it comes to closing. Apart from that, it's a good place to shop!

I put new tires on my Subaru. I went to have breaks done not at Costco. My car was up and the shop, and they showed and told me that they had barely started working on my car, and it was the first lug nut being taken off it fell off the stud. They told me to take it back where I had my tires installed. Costco said they didn't do it and that they always had problems with Subaru cars because the studs were weak. They were going to see the video to see if they were at fault. I don't recommend bringing your cars here as they don't make mistakes. My mistake was bringing my business here.

Today I went shopping in the morning. I bought a pair of pants with my purchases and went back home to see if the pants would fit so I could go back later to buy more. I picked up my daughter from school and went back to the market to get more pants and blouses. But I was feeling sick. I went to the cashier, paid for the purchase, and went to the bathroom. My daughter stood next to the sink with the clothes in her hand, and the receipt was in my pocket. When I heard her being thrown out of the bathroom, a woman asked for the receipt, saying that she was with me and the woman said that she didn't pay. She humiliated her in front of everyone. When I left, the woman was at the bathroom door talking to another customer as if we were thieves, shouting, "Where's the receipt?" I took it out of my pocket and showed it to her. I didn't even get an apology. She said it was company orders. I went to the manager and heard that they do this because of the thefts that happen in the store. Now she tells me that humiliating customers is normal in this store? I asked to call the employee, they didn't call, they said they would watch the camera and hear her version of events. I said call her, I'll tell her in front of her and nothing was done. My daughter was crying with shame and nothing was done, it was absurd. They should have called the police right away, but I'm seriously thinking about taking all possible measures. It's not my fault that the store is robbed, it just shows how incompetent they are.

I was there last Monday the membership used to under my name I give my membership to my wife so.she can give the other card to my son my wife is vacation I try to go in with my wife the old lady at the entrance give me a hard time and didn't let me go in the warehouse I told that my wife was on vacation she said she didn't care
