When Saturday to get a prescription was told nothing ready they did not bother to call or text to tell me on Monday when again to get then it was supposed to be 2 prescription only had one the one that really important someone they lost it said was only one went to car got the notes front the doctor still insisted the did have that prescription instead of help me call u doctor why could they call

I have had nothing but great experiences with Costco Gypsum in general and the Pharmacy in particular. Prices are better than anybody else and the staff is better to. They text when the prescription is ready and notify me when it about to expire. I can't imagine anyone giving them a bad review.

In the evening 2/7/2022 I was picking up an antibiotic for my sick child. I was informed that they don’t accept our insurance. So I asked the assistant to send the prescription to another pharmacy and I was told they can’t do it. However it was a lie and we had to wait until next day to call the doctor’s office. My child needed the antibiotics that evening and it would be a only moment for the assistant’s help. We’re so very disappointed with the service at Costco, Gypsum CO
