Copy and Print is amazing. I am with a non-profit and have had quite a few last minute jobs that I have sent over and they are always more than happy to help. We love supporting locally owned businesses. Jennifer, one of the owners, is the sweetest person and is always more than happy to be flexible. First time order and not sure if we want to go back. Brought my own paper and clerk didn’t make sure to have my email or phone number in case there were any questions about the order - so processed without reducing the size to make it fit, and charged a extra $5 cutting fee when I requested to just print. We also asked to print 10 flyers and clerk didn’t mention if there was a self print option or that the price would be 10 cents more per page as they used their own copy paper. 69 cents per color copy is pretty steep. I do like to support local businesses with transparent customer service and employees that are educating customers on the different options available and not charge for services that weren’t requested.

We recently had our save the dates, wedding invites, and thank you cards made here. We ordered a template on Etsy and Wesley printed multiple samples to help get them right. He also created an envelope template that matched perfectly. Fast, friendly, and affordable service. They turned out beautiful. Highly recommend!!

I would first like to share that I have never given a review, let alone a negative one. I have never been treated so rudely in a store in my life. I went in to Copy and Print last month with a very small print job - a few pages. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated poorly and the employee made sure I knew he was in a huge rush and clearly did not have time to help me. He took the liberty of deciding what I would like printed and when I was confused about it he said "you just need to make up your mind because I need to get back to work".

I was speechless. He charged me 6 times more than my same order I had printed the previous month. We had a conversation in which I was frustrated and he was plain rude. In the end, I left without my correct order and when I was walking out, he told his co-worker "you try to help someone and they just yell at you!" in front of my kids. For the record I did not yell, but was frustrated and stunned. I will not return.

I used to love coming here. Not so much since they moved. They want to charge you $5 if you have them print something for you, even if it’s a single page. It’s 5 cents if you do it yourself from their self service computer but that’s almost always taken by the same lady that sits there for 30+ minutes at a time so it’s definitely not convenient in the least. There is no time limit on it. I’m to the point where I’m considering just buying my own printer for the couple pages I have to print out because this is ridiculous and a waste of my time. I almost never see the owner anymore but things seem to run so much smoother and he’s a lot more helpful than the staff who is there now.
