What an incredible community service for kids, teens and college students! My family has excellent experiences with this place and it’s far exceeded our expectations! I strongly recommend donating to their cause but also using their services if your kids are in the market for enhancing their education with an incredible and accessible computer. Just blown away!

Great company to work with. CFK has offered my daughter, twice a low cost lap top for her school work. We have donated our old and tired computers in the past to recycle. We will continue to work with CFK in the future.

Good organization that provides to those in need. I do believe the receptionist needs customer service training. I was there to donate three PC's, a modem, and a VCR and felt as though I was intruding on her day. Her "short" vocal response and the reaction when I asked for help getting the equipment out of my car ( I am 64), made me question my decision to donate. She is a poor representative to meet and greet those who wish to donate.

Offered to donate all my Dad's old computer equipment to help the kids and was told that if I reloaded & took it to them they would look at it and pick & choose what they wanted and I could deal with the rest. I hauled it to a storage unit in Boise from Caldwell and they told me that they can't spend money for Gas to come look at it from Boise anymore....only items delivered to their door are accepted 🥴 So not only do they want it FREE...But hand delivered with a pretty ribbon on top 😖 I will find a program more deserving...their loss because Dad had a lot of old stuff, but a lot of brand new stuff too...

We enjoyed previously working w/ CFK. This past transaction was awful. In February we ordered a desktop. Paid pricey postage. Employee Lonnie was unprofessional and vague at best when we called to follow-up. When it arrived we received a wrong keyboard, didn't fit system port. We also didn't receive power cord strip we ordered and paid for. Desktop didn't come equipped w/WPS. When called we were given run around. Then passed off to someone in IT who handed phone back to Lonnie who told us we'd have to pay to ship it back. Nonprofits should not feel predatory.
