The bookstore manager is great. Terrible service from this company. I wish I could also review the fulfillment center. I paid for overnight shipping on my laptop and they have yet to even box it up and my other packages have started arriving.

When asking questions got treated as if I was stupid. Then when I went to the cashiers office to do what he told me to do, I come back and get snapped at for doing what the office told me was approved today. Jon was rude and raised his voice at me because I was communicating what was told to me. My first time at this bookstore and I expected more because I am a student. When my father talked to him over the phone he rolled his eyes and was short like he didn't care about helping me. Walked away in the middle of a conversation multiple times while shouting at me across the store. Shoved my stuff at me when I was done checking out and sighed in relief when I left. Was rude the whole time and truly treated as if I was stupid for asking questions when it was my first time at this school. Never have been this disrespected by anyone. Happy I don't have to go back to see him again. If you have questions or it is your first time stay clear of Jon, rude, just rude.

I am a night student. I work a normal Monday through Friday week. They make it very unconvenient for us with those hours. You would think since it is helping collage students with a job they would be open more. But they are always very helpful, when I make it there 5 minutes till close.

Diversity. Free parking. Offer loads of help. Small walking distances compared to other campuses.This is one of my favorite places. The environment, both in and out are so vibrant on ones own personal good day.

I have had a great experience in the book store. There was an issue with my rental account and the manager emailed me quickly to resolve it. It's not great when the line wraps around the store, so I try to come when it's not busy.

It was a quick visit. The school courses were organized and easy to research. The staff in registration were very nice and helpful. I was in and out in thirty minutes.

People that work in the bookstore are so nice and friendly! I love when I walk in confused and someone within seconds says “what are you looking for” or “I’ll be with you in just a second” especially on the first couple of days of class when it was crazy ! Everyone was so ready to help you !

(Rude )My sister went to get her book today and she was trying to explain to the girl over there what book she needs , and the girl in the book store she interrupted my sister that she doesn’t know what she is talking about and she doesn’t have that book she didn’t even try to look .
