The staff at this Comfort Inn made the stay very nice and comfortable. Manager Jen C. is outstanding with her customer service skills, along with check-in person, Arora who welcomed me with a smile. The hotel was very clean thanks to housekeepers Stacey, Unique, Sandy, and Carrie. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sterling, Colorado. Great job!!

Given the lower reviews, I was nervous to stay at the Comfort Inn... but we thought we'd give it a try, and I am so glad we did!||The staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered at a hotel since - well, ever, the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, the breakfast area was clean, and the food was good. My only complaint would be the closed pool, as they were waiting for a new water heater - no biggie, though. ||We WILL be back!

Aurora at the front desk was great. Only complaint was the handicap shower it doesn't work well for non handicap folks. Thanks for the great service and breakfast.

All hotels in the area were booked so we got a room at the comfort in feeling a little skeptical because it was way cheaper than the other hotels, but we had a great surprise.
Front desk staff was super friendly, clean and scent free room and also super quiet area! We didn’t hear anything during our stay and we were able to do a late check out with no extra cost.
The location isn’t fancy, it’s not walkable, but it was perfect for a short stay.

Positive: Room was ok and clean Negative: Called before to check pool and hot tub, they said they were working. Got there and both were cold. Very disappointed. I would of chose somewhere else

I loved the breakfast set up, two waffle machines with two different batters, one was apple cinnamon. The staff was so helpful and willing to interrupt a task to help me. I forgot my computer charging cord. They called me , while I was further down the road in Nebraska and arranged to have it shipped to me, after some paperwork. They allowed a dog for my daughter. So it’s pet friendly. Initially, my daughter wanted to stay in a hotel in Denver, as that would have a five hour drive from where we leaving from. But I suggested she look further up the road and Sterling was a nice distance without leaving us drained from a long day of driving. I feel fortunate to have stayed there.

Have never stayed here before. Highly recommend. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Front desk gentleman was very helpful. In spite of the fact that it seems he was in charge of doing everything.
