I found them online and decided to give them a try. I needed a whole line of new promotional materials--brochures, pamphlets, presentation folders etc.

They really provided great customer service throughout the entire process. From pre to post. They helped us get the design right, gave us feedback on how it would look and helped us identify the the most cost effective, and impactful material for our project. The project manager was extremely attentive to my needs. They also helped with rush orders. I wonder if they do packaging. Need to get back and check with them.

Every month I call the good people at Color Depot and order my pizza menus and mailers. And every order is exactly how I wanted it to be. I have been doing this for 3 years now. I send about 15k mailers on a monthly basis which shows our pizza specials and menu. I send these EDDM but I do them myself, and yes Color Depot does provide that service too, but I've gotten used to it and can easily do it myself so why not. I just call them, talk to whoever picks up, quickly put my order in, and they contact me when it's ready. Can't get any easier than that! And they even helped me with my first order. They helped me design it and all. Now I just reorder and whenever I have to make some minor changes with a special or something, they don't even charge me for the small changes. I LOVE IT!! I don't think I've seen that anywhere. Service is superb here.

When Covid hit it was a hard time for all of us. We had no rules to follow and had more things to do. I needed to provide stickers to my locations so that we can stick them on the boxes and bags for safety reasons. This came after covid. But Color Depot was right there, ready to help me, they knew exactly what time of stickers I needed (apparently they're called tamper tape), they helped me design it and now I have one more thing I need to order monthly. Covid has slowed down a bit but you can never be too safe, so I still print these tamper tapes and make sure every box and bag going out is taped so that my customers know we are clean and we take our safety and health seriously.

I don't just have a printer I like, I have a printer I love who's also my business partner! I can confide in Color Depot staff helping me and guiding me through anything I needed printed. I wholeheartedly put my faith in them and trust them 100%! I would highly highly highly recommed Color Depot Inc to anyone! Especially people in the food industry that need menus and mailers. Trust me, they definitely know what they're doing.

I ordered DVD cases from here, twice. The first order took longer than expected, but I was happy with the result. The second order was a disaster, with technical glitches during checkout and long delays. When the DVD cases finally arrived, the corners were dented and even worse--there was a small protruding nodule on every plastic DVD tray, where the disc rests, that could possibly scratch the fragile underside of the disc. I have NEVER seen this on any DVD case for any DVD i have ever bought. The whole point of the tray is to have a flat smooth surface that protects the disc. I asked for a refund and they refused; I've disputed the order with my credit card company.
