I have had only terrible experiences with this bookstore. It’s so sad that we can’t get supplies from our own school at a reasonable price. They are absolutely scamming students, charging $100 over what Amazon sells for. Then they claim to do a price match so I drove an hour over here after talking to them on the phone and being on hold for 30 min making sure they will price match for my specific book. Just for them to tell me they wont do it. Even though they did it for my classmate just last week. Do yourself a favor and buy through other places for half the price, there’s no point in supporting a school that won’t do the same for you.

I've only been here a few times and each time I was just picking up an order I placed online. It was pretty dead each time I went and there were always at least 3 people working, so I've always gotten help right away. On my most recent visit, I noticed they added a separate desk area in the back corner where you pick up online orders (at least I *think* it was new), which made it look a bit more organized. I've never spent more than 5 minutes here, so no complaints from me!

Nice people, okay selection, but why bother offering next business day shipping if you need 48 hrs to “process” the order. It takes up to 4 days to receive items. Sometimes longer.

I called today with questions on purchasing a laptop. JASON was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I ordered all the necessary books I needed for the semester, and got all but one. The one I never received was not in stock when it was ordered, so they decided to cancel the order without informing me. I waited nearly a month for this book that is important towards my degree for no reason. I was only able to learn about the cancelling of my order after I made several phone calls throughout a two week time span (that led nowhere since no one would answer the phone) and finally got a response through email. The other times I have gone in to check on the order in person, I was told they there still waiting on it to come in. I will be avoiding this bookstore as much as I can during my time at CWI.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, after being helped already I was then approached by another staff member that was helping out with curbside pickup. There wasn't much of a waiting time with this whole COVID-19 thing having an effect on schooling this year, besides that, the staff is very helpful 👍.

I haven't been back to school in quite a while so things have changed a lot and has gone WAY MORE digital than in the early 2000's. I didn't know what to expect when walking in, right away I got greeted and was helped immediately. I had to pick up some text books. So as I'm signing my name for the ones I'm getting I say out loud you know they should make binders for left handed people, because I had to take a page out of the binder to sign it, and the other lady who was there said well we do have left handed spiral notebooks. I was like WHAT?! REALLY!?! I was super excited about this new piece of information. Haha as I'm finishing up getting my textbooks the lady said here you go and went and got the notebook for me. I was like that's really neat, the people there really want to help the students. I also had to buy a printer and I couldn't believe it was only $60!!! It's just a basic Canon one, wireless, has a scanner!!, prints in color and you can print pics with it. It also comes with 1 extra cartridge for black and color ink. Everything you need for $60!?!! You can't beat that. They had some really cool stuff in there. I couldn't look around long because I had an essay to print. 😉😁 so overall great stuff, very nice employees, and things are a reasonable price.
