Headed from Twin Falls to Pocatello and had a blowout near Hailey. Finally got into Burley and visited 3 different mega chain tire shops as my spare was dry rotted and not safe for interstate speeds. They all had the same story. Tire not in stock and a week out at over $800 for a set. Found Claunch's Tires & Service on the googlie maps and drove over. My size was not in stock, but Dennis offers up a solution to get me back on the interstate. Go up one size with no issues and that tire was in stock. Under $500 for a set of 4 new tires! I asked what his premium tire would be and it was only $100 more, but not in stock. He offers up to put his in stock tire on my rear and loan it to me till my tires came in FOR FREE! In 4 days my tires were in and I was able to make it back in a week later; mind you I am putting miles on his brand new loaner tire. When I got back in I asked for an oil change , and he was glad to help me with that even though I hadn’t scheduled it ahead of time. I was so impressed with Dennis’s business acumen that I purchased the loaner tire to replace my dry rotted spare. He then credited me for the 3 fairly new tires I had replaced. This is your shop, being treated like I would treat my friends and family will have me going here first for all my automotive needs from here forward. Thanks Dennis for such a fantastic experience.

Very honest guys in this shop. They also listen to the owners well, if I ask them to only do one thing, it gets done and I don't get told about all the other things they have too do, though they do make suggestions IF it's something more major.

Update: they're still the best. I love Dennis, Nick, and Tyler their whole team is phenomenal. We always enjoy bringing our vehicles to them! We appreciate you guys more than words could ever explain.
