If you value your life, don't go here. The only thing I would say I liked about this place is the rooms. Everything else I had to look over my shoulder for. There are rooms with windows smashed out and only two cameras watching the parking lot, if they are even working. The halls wreaked of weed, someone was blasting music at 10pm at night with their door open, and there are rooms with the smoke detectors beeping and EVERYONE can hear it. The chef kept complaining about doing his JOB. Some of the customers were doing HIS JOB for him.

I won't be setting foot here ever unless they fix EVERYTHING.

Room was ok but you can tell there’s been heavy use with minimal upkeep. I asked for somewhere quiet. After finally falling asleep with the loud hallway and barking dogs, I was awoken at 1:30 by a party going on downstairs. Definitely people living here full-time and people parked living in their cars.

Absolutely loved our stay here, Sean the cook is absolutely fantastic so kind hearted and cares about the people, Chris the manager is a superb man always attentive to everything and lastly Dawn at the front desk was so sweet, kind and understanding. Definitely will be coming back 🙂

Myself and husband Checked in February 1st 2025 for 1 night. Started out in room 120!! Was dirty as heck!!! Called front dest right away. She and the head housekeeper came. Then put us in the room next door. Better. But not the best. Had 2 beds. 1 was not changed!!! Just made it look like it. Bit sheets were dirty!! Spider in the corner by the door right side near ceiling!!! Bathroom behind door dirty. Hair on the back of the door. (BLACK) I'm blonde. Husband had white!! Toilet was dirty!! Coffee pot leaked tea all over the table!! Had to use a wash cloth!! Shower was backwards!! Hot was cold Cold was hot!!! Back door was unlocked!!! Very noisy!!! But staff was very sweet and professional. I feel I should be reimbursed at least half!!!! Sincerely Amanda & Charles Lain

Room was relatively clean. Best part was indoor pool and hot tub! Only few items for breakfast (but at least free breakfast). Security car patrolled whole night, which made me feel safe.

The service from the front desk person was fantastic, especially when you consider we checked in and out within 25 minutes. The room was dirty and in bad shape. The door lock for an adjoining room was broken and the stairwell was taken apart, the sanitizing wipes I bring for remotes and the phone showed lots of dirt and grime. The parking lot was full of potholes and it's clear that people are living there full-time keeping their patio chairs and grills on the walkways. We did not feel safe or comfortable.

This place should not be on the list for choice hotels!!!!! Honestly there were a few things that stood out to where I should ask for a refund! One the room was a 3 out of 10. The sink did not drain was not even set In the vanity properly. The floor was not cleaned properly as well. The woman’s pool restroom was disgusting!!!!!! Garbage and Nats everywhere. When we checked in the front desk, said it was a breakfast buffet. Well, the next morning I go to breakfast I even read a sing even states that the hotel behind them has to pay eight dollars. I’d be really upset if I were them. So I am there at 8-8:15 there is nothing there… Asked if there was going to be more food put out the man said it’s first come first serve. The front desk did not specify this. I understand people live at this hotel, but they also treat the buffet as you can eat. And there were so many things that are wrong with the health standards. I should’ve taken more pictures than I did. Have something different for the people that live there and the people that are actually guess that only stay a few nights. The man that cooks Breakfast and the Morning lady at the front desk both need to take customer service classes because they are extremely rude!!!! Honestly, this place has gone downhill. But You get what you pay for.

Pretty good place overall. My room seem to be pretty clean and nice plush towels and everything worked well. Front desk had amazing customer service so that makes up for a lot.
