I Like To Visit Upland Sometimes. This Place Is Beautiful Because It Is Close To The Mountains And Has A Great View Of The Mountains. I Would Like To Dedícate This Review To My Uncle Who Passed Away Last Month, Since I Used To Go To His House In Upland. Here Are Some Photos I Took With My Uncle At His House In December 2019 And January 2020 And At The San Antonio Hospital In February 2024

Public Works is a disaster of a department ran by morons. The Director AND MANAGEMENT should be fired and replaced with Willing and capable employees. City of upland manager or city council need to get it together with their public works department there's no excuse.

Just went to eat at Molly's suppery and noticed a city tax on top of the state tax.
I don't understand why I am paying two separate taxes to eat there? I don't live in the city of upland and won't be going there to eat again on principle.

Learn to manage the millions of dollars that are already allocated to you so you don't have to keep taxing other's. This tax is affecting your businesses..stop with the tax madness already.

Upland is a nice city to live in town. Lot of trees. Beautiful place Mount Baldy's just right here. Not too far, but if you live below. Foothill be prepared to get tickets because they are main focus is below. Foothill they patrol arrow highway, typically Randy Street and give tickets on certain days because of cleaning the street. But shouldn't all of upland be getting cleaned even above foothill I wish they can do an audit to see where all the tickets come from. It's the low income people that pay the city. I don't understand the Pacific trail is right behind our apartments and they keep giving tickets to residence here. But other people that don't live in the area come at night around 2:00 a.m. and party here and leave trash but they don't get ticketed for parking there. Only our residents do not fair. So if you're planning on living in upland move above foothill no tickets

Why does the city of upland feel the need to lock up their restrooms at city hall? I’m waiting in line to speak with someone in the building department have the use the restroom find out it’s locked and have to wait for someone to ask for a code. Does this city have that big of a homeless problem that they have to lock the restrooms at city hall? Makes 0 sense for a city building to lock their restrooms and require you to get a code. Do you not know how your own departments work? Sometimes the people at the counter have to go their desk to look up something. Person who has to use the restroom has to wait for the code? How does that make any sense?
