I called Tuesday of this week to have this mattress picked up at my home. I made plans with someone on the phone to have it picked up by trash day. Which was yesterday. Today if Friday and it is still sitting in the street. I was asked to drag it out to the street and there it lies. I was told it would be charged to my account. 😠

I’ve been paying my parents utility bill in person at the city building for 5 years. Today I go in to pay and they tell me that they can’t tell me anything about the account because my name isn’t on it. My dad has passed and my mom is not in any condition to pay bills. Are you telling me, that I am standing here with a check book to pay you and you won’t take my money!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I highly doubt that a criminal is going to walk in off the streets and offer to pay someones bill!

Their automated phone service will do nothing but take your money, been calling for a hour going in circles. The after hours turn on/ service is a lie because it's impossible to get any info or anything from their POS automated phone

So the city of loveland has been billing me for 6 months for an unknown person. Not only doesn’t live at my address but I don’t know them. Called the city of loveland 4 times now. Only to hear a superior trained person say, and I quote, “I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT”. This city should shut down. Over paid and incompetent. Morons. Just keep billing me the next ten years cause you can’t do anything about it. Awesome!!! A zero is to high a rating. Do you see your rating Loveland 2.7. If you were a business you wouldn’t have a single customer!!!

Continuously billed even though I called to stop services a month prior before moving out and come to find out you can only have service stoped 2 weeks prior to moving out. No notes was on my account regarding my previous call so it never happened. I was billed late fees and disconnect fees and the utility company refuses to refund me. I’m in bad terms with the apartment complex so I can’t settle it with them. F the city of Loveland.
