Told me they weren’t able to waive a late fee when I’ve never had one waived! After paying all my bills it’s pretty sad the city treats you like garbage! So much for small town vibes!!!

Sending someone out to shut off my water when the bill was paid is wild! What happened to communication? Small town hospitality? You’re not going to reach out!? I have kids that need water and you’re just going to shut the water off on them based on your mistake?! Ridiculous!

Avoid this place if possible. The infrastructure is fine but the leadership is underwhelming. The Dear Leaders have welding expertise but appear to have more limited education and minimal public service education or work experience. The City replaces perfectly good sidewalk in front of the mayor's shop (so he can park on the sidewalk?) but we walk in the street on major arterials. We can't even walk to a grocery store a few blocks from the Downtown area. They gouge us on property tax and make no effort to mitigate or slow their tax increases. And they set their utility cost to have seniors subsidize the larger, newer houses. Now they started a new game: acts by city council are done by "resolution" and not allowing public input. The State Police got rid of a previous mayor and may be ready to do it again? Beware!

Also, the average house in Kuna costs about $400K. The City's budget is about $100 million. Would you invest $400K in a $100 million dollar business run by a welder and a council with no advanced degrees or training? Beware!
