The attendants are always nice, but every time I go in there they've made changes to make it more confusing and more expensive. Things that should be an easy change done online for example are now required to be done in person and they charge an administration fee. Charging by the unit instead of by the pipeline for water to a building. Disconnecting electricity without notice and then charging to reconnect.
But what does this bad review matter? They know we can't do anything about it. Good luck y'all
