I tried to order chairbacks on April 18th and it is now June 25th and I still have not received them. I called, emailed, and left a message through the website and have had zero responses to find out what is going on. I was also unable to leave a voicemail because the inbox is full. I was expecting much better customer service.

Zero stars. They sent me the wrong item. Took several attempts to get ahold of someone to ship them back. Four months later, still no response on getting a refund for the product. Difficult to get someone on the phone. No response to emails. When I do talk to someone, given the excuse for months about being under staffed. It appears their processes are extremely not efficient. Avoid using this company.

Terrible cheap candle inserts. I ordered 7 day devotional and they are only burning 2-3 days and thats if they burn at all, they are burning the insert they come in and smoke the house out and melt over the flame. Definitely NOT of good quality. I need to be reimbursed
