Best place to get a custom ornament. We come several times a year. It's our go to store when choosing an ornament for a teacher gift!
The staff is very friendly and the custom hand written ornaments are great! The staff has very professional handwriting. We love coming here and will continue to for as long as the store is!

Terrible customer service, we picked something off the shelf and was immediately told by a person working there to put it back if we want it and they’ll get one out of stock, ok, fair. This is a gift for a friend, they bring one out that is boxed, we point out the box is torn up, the woman obviously very annoyed goes to get another one. We have already explained this is a gift by this point, she asks if we want a bag and we say yes, she gives a plain liquor store plastic bag, we ask if we can get a branded one instead (paper) and she said no those are too expensive to give us, keeping in mind we were spending over 40 dollars. Terrible customer service really ruined the whole experience.

I spent almost $30 for 2 watches and lathe same day they BOTH BROKE out of nowhere, one broke wild i was walking down the road and the other broke while I was at a restaurant. I want a refund bc the product was beautiful but didn't last 10mins after walking out the door. Very disappointed

Mystery bag for 6.50 caught my eye thought why not but a total dud one tiny or ornament on a fake piece of wood with a sticker of generic mountains with Colorado scribbled across I never leave reviews but on top of it the cashier acting like me wanting to pay was too much because she had to stop her conversation did not say hello or even acknowledge my presents just looked at me to pay didn’t even say the price when I paid with cash and wanted to use the coins I had left over from the arcade she audibly huffed there was no one behind me in line. I usually like to get mystery bags because they are fun and cute maybe even cringy but usually you get your bang for you buck that’s why it is a blind bag but I sincerely hope that this is not sold for 6.50 in the store. I would skip this one! Unimaginative and boring
