Been to this area before but never noticed this shop. Daughter is into animé and we decided to stop in when we noticed it. She loved it. However, they were cash only no cards. Was not aware until checkout as they didn't have signs mentioning it. Had to put a few things back, unfortunately. I don't know anything about animé or the games the kiddos play today but they had a good selection of old console games (NES, atari, etc) and even ps4 games at a very good price.

Castle comics is a long time fixture in the area. This place has been selling comics for decades and I'm impressed and happy they've stayed open especially considering how difficult it is running a comic shop these days

I wish there were more than just comics and a small selection of individual pokemon and other similar items. Offering unopened packs and maybe even packs of sports cards would be nice. If you want comics, seems like a decent selection.

Pretty good little place. The lady running it was kind, they have some decent stuff in there. Also a large selection of magic cards.

This is a comic book store that offers used games as well as consoles, but it has no air-conditioning and awkward employees/customer service, but if your in the need for comic books or games they are a one stop shop. It definitely has a pawn shop vibe, store credit only no cash.

I went in out of curiosity. I pass by the shop every single day and never found the time to go in, but I am very glad I did. Inside, you will find cards. LOTS of cards, namely Pokemon and Yugioh. Racks of them, so if that is your thing, this is the place to be. They also have Funko Pop figures and a few old Gameboy games, which was neat. The only thing I was disappointed about was their lack of Magic: The Gathering cards. They only had one deck pack and a couple boosters in stock, which seemed strange given how close it is to Shawnee State University. It seems like a missed opportunity and I would be more than willing to support a local game store that carried them. I purchased the pre-built deck which was in typical store-quality near mint condition. My only other gripe I suppose is the building is quite dark inside and it made seeing around with my poor eyesight quite difficult. Otherwise, great store and I highly recommend them.

They have a variety of products including comics, cards, dnd books and dice, DVDs, and console games. The prices are fair and the employee was knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely visit again.
