We adore this store! We purchased a darling little cross necklace one weekend that my daughter loved! She happened to break it while playing with her sister. I was not going to be in town and could not find it on their site. I called the store and the owners were absolutely amazing and helped me get a replacement ordered. We picked it up and my daughter is beyond ecstatic! The customer service is amazing and they went above and beyond for us! We will always come back!

Best people ever! We stopped in during our staycation from Nampa and absolutely loved the friendliness and hospitality these folks provided for us. We told them we’ll be back next time we’re in town. Stop in for a sip n’ shop! Also, super cute clothes and purses!

I ordered a belt from here 2 weeks before a photo shoot that I needed it for and have not received any shipping confirmations or replies to my emails. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I really hope I can at least get my money back.

This place has cute things inside but the customer service stinks! I went into the store and tried on a dress, they offered to order me the one I wanted in the color not available in the store. I paid for it at that time. I think that was 2 months ago. I tried to call them and I left a message checking on it about 3 weeks later. No call back. A week or two later I went in to check in on it. I told the girl there to go ahead and refund me the dress and to text or call to let me know it was done. The store was busy at the time. No call, nothing. I then tried calling and left a message going over the info, twice. No call back. I've tried calling since but it just goes to voicemail. Unbelievable. You can have all the cute things in the store, but if your customer service stinks, you lose customers.
I am still waiting for my refund.

Brought in my mother in law for her 60th bday. Sort of last minute to do some wine tasting and snacks. The owner was very easy to work with and when everyone arrived they all loved her. It was definitely a highlight for her weekend long celebration. We highly recommend the Cascade Mercantile for a Saturday afternoon of fun and shopping.

This fabulous little boutique store with adorable clothes, home decor, skin care products, jewelry and much much more is such a great addition to the Cascade community. The wine and beer bar is just fantastic. What a great vibe they have created in such a small space. I love bringing my friends and enjoying a glass of wine while shopping the cute store. The Cascade Mercantile is already a treasure to the locals and is a must stop if you are traveling through.

Such as great little boutique downtown Cascade. We are truly blessed to have this clothing, novelty shop here. Oh, did I mention you can grab a mimosa, beer or wine to enjoy while you're shopping!
