Whoever is running this institution has really lost sight of what's important. I don't *want* the name changed, the app constantly updated (leaving me lost), and more automation in the branches (they literally have screens to talk to an off-site teller at some branches). If I wanted a Big Bank experience, I'd go to one. This credit union is headed downhill.

Michelle was so fantastic today!! She let me use her chair to rest as she helped me with my deposit, which was so helpful with my leg aches and leg issues!! The entire team here is so amazing and friendly, every week, but she went above and beyond today. Thank you Michelle for being so amazing!!!

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. We set up an account to help get a cheaper rate on a car loan and it has been horrible since. We've had the account for maybe a month and we have had so many issues. The direct deposit didn't go through because the bank teller told us to put a -01 on the end but when we called back they told us we needed to remove that. We also can't link our external account to pay off the loan. And on top of all of that we have called the bank 4+ times and they told us we need to wait. At this point our loan is due and we can't transfer money, find our direct deposit or even put money into the account. If you can avoid it don't use this bank.

Super unimpressed with the customer service rep who helped me setup autopay today. Incredibly short, and rude. First interaction with you guys and the plan is now to refi asap.

The staff here is a little newer but they were very kind and helpful and eager to serve me. I told them what my issue was and they were able to help me resolve it within a timely manner and helped me with some other financial support as well.
