We stayed for an agility trial with our dogs and found everything to be accommodating. Each morning we seen someone picking up trash in the lot, not that we seen much. Plenty of pet pickup containers stocked with bags. Very secure with needing your key card for entry, including thru the lobby at night. I did make a dish in the room in the kitchenette and had everything I needed.

Candlewood is lovely. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is great except the toilet is very low to the ground. I recommend this facility for longer stays or even a nice get away for a few nights. The refrigerator is very loud!

Candlewood is great but I originally made the reservation on Black Friday, then cancelled and made it again because the rate dropped even more. Should’ve been all good but rather than $75 a night I was charged $85 a night and didn’t realize it until afterwards because they charge your card each week for the weekly amount and I didn’t do the division to catch the mistake earlier. I’m hoping this can get fixed. I’m staying there again so my next review will reflect if this was accommodated. Overall though I recommend.

I checked into Candlewood Suites in Longmont, Colorado, and was sweetly greeted by Ryo, who was able to accommodate my specifications - I'm old and cranky and need a very quiet room. This room has excellent environmental air (a/c and heating), served by an Amana unit. The air coming from the unit was fresh (not bitter like so often found in many hotels), and did not 'hwonk' on and off during the night (thus not waking me up). The water pressure was fantastic (I was on the top floor), as was the 'on demand' temperature. There were no back-up issues with the drainage. This may have been the cleanest place I've stayed - there were NO hairs, spots, or crumbs on the floor from the previous clients. NOT A ONE! This bathroom and kitchen were immaculate! The bedding was well fitted and great because it did not reek from the smell of a fabric freshener. I have asthma, and can't stand smells like 'febreeze.' Also, the mattress was comfortable - not 'worn down' on one side as is often the case for hotels. What's more - the pillows were great. On my king bed, there were 2 doingy pillows, and 2 squishy pillows! The whole room was well maintained - no chips or sharp edges, no broken handles or fixtures, no ungrouted cracks or surfaces, no frayed or disgusting carpets. This place was in mint condition! House-keeping was easy and sweet - no hassles! I'm a bit of a 'pampered pooch' and need extra towels. Upon my check-out, Emily helped me find my IHG Member Number, and graciously explained my check-out fees. The cost of my suite was so reasonable that I'm afraid to disclose it! I can't believe what a clean, well maintained, and quiet suite I had. Nothing was compromised in any area of hospitality, and this is a first for me. This absolutely lovely place is my new 'go to' whenever I come to town to visit family!

Found myself in Longmont when the Arctic Blast hit 🎯 First off! I'm shocked at the price for the location. When I started looking for rooms. I just knew it would be outrageous but no, very reasonably priced!! I used the IHG app to collect points and save em. Anyways, the location of this place was so conveniently placed walking distance to a few restaurants. Literally in the next parking lot! So that was nice! Lastly but most importantly to me was the cleanliness and quiet! Even with all that snow and salt tracking in the front doors all day and night. They did an amazing job keeping it clean and shoe / luggage 🧳 mark free!! House keeping never bothered me but everyday when I changed my keys out they asked if I needed or wanted anything. Everyone was very caring, very nice, very respectful, and this doesn't matter but very pretty people. Everyone had a smile. I also enjoyed the fresh coffee machine with 3 flavors of creamer! The good creamer with the pump!! Overall I felt safe and warm through the storm. I'm thankful and grateful to the team here! Y'all are killin it!

The hotel provided a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with any requests. The location was very convenient with easy access to local stores and restaurants. There were some minor noise issues from nearby traffic, but nothing too disruptive. For the price, it was a good experience, and I’d stay again.

Positive: It was clean and updated. It was also right across the parking lot from the medical facility I had to go to. Negative: There were a couple of trip hazards on the flooring in the room, one of the titles on the kitchenette floor was raised a bit and not level and the transition from the kitchenette to the bathroom was not level and smooth,but was raised a bit.

Had an incident a few days ago in which I provided my card for incidentals. The card was charged for the whole stay, something that I never authorized. Because their policy states that they don't need an id that matches the card presented, my card was charged, unauthorized, and this hotel isn't doing anything to assist. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional, not understanding or empathetic, and states, 'well we need to get paid somehow' when asked how they are going to resolve this. I will never stay at this chain again and hopefully you never have an issue with your stay, otherwise you will be sorry out of luck, responsible for unauthorized charges, and left very disappointed.
