Our group stay was great. The front desk staff was friendly, organized, and had all of the room keys ready for us when we arrived. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Great location close to the mall, City Market grocery store and I-70. Will stay here again.

This place has been a second home. Enjoyed my time here. The staff was great. The only issue I had was the lack of TV channels. The owner is slacking on getting the cable boxes replaced. Also he's lacking on fixing the pex water piping in the place. They did a remodel. The place looks good. Just the owner should of replaced the pipes then. But oh well. But Definitely would stay here again.

Overall the hotel was clean and modern. Upon arrival, to noticed several new water heaters on pallets outside the front door. After checking in, my wife went to shower and there was no hot water! Lukewarm at best. Later that night, I went to shower and it was cold. Same thing the next day and the day after. I spoke to several other people staying at the hotel and they said the exact same thing. I spoke to staff twice about the issue and they seemed surprised and stated that I must have been trying to shower during peak usage times. They also said I was the first person to bring this to their attention. Clearly the staff knew of the issue. I clue would be the new water heaters at the entrance waiting to be installed. I know I'm not the first or only guest to bring up this issue. No one in that hotel during our stay had hot water. It's not a specific room issue, it's a hotel issue. Staff should be telling guests during check-in that the hot water is out so they can make an informed decision to check in or pick a different hotel that has hot water. It was really disappointing not being able to shower for two straight days! Other than that, the hotel was fine, but not having hot water for showers is a big deal.

Everything was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and professional. Bathroom was large with great products and towels were nice and fluffy. Location was very convenient to everything in Grand Junction and was near shopping, movies, eating and all the outdoor activities available in the area. Would be happy to stay here again.

We had to visit Grand Junction overnight for a medical appointment, so naturally I went with IHG as I normally do! I accidentally, yes accidentally, booked Candlewood, but it’s fine! The hotel was in the area we needed, the bed was comfortable as usual, and we were allowed to check in a bit early, even though I missed the early check in option in the app!

Only issues, that weren’t very big at all, were some freight right outside the lobby entrance, and also inside the lobby, our shower squealed (kind of annoying, but other than that not really an issue), and quite a few TV channels weren’t working.

We stayed here for 4 nights. First room they put us in the dishwasher leaked all over the floor and there was no hot water. They moved us to another room the 2nd day and there were no further issues. The lady working evenings was very helpful, but the gentleman working the morning of the 30th, not so much.

When I first checked in the room seemed fine flush the toilet in the bathroom and it overflowed spilling water throughout the whole bathroom had to pack up all my stuff and be moved to the third floor, which was very inconvenient for me and did not like it, asked to be moved back to the bottom floor at the earliest convenience and never heard anything back. Room was always clean when I asked them to go and clean them, but didn’t seem like they cleaned 100% behind the couch was dirty full and filthy. The TV service in the room was very horrible. Could not watch any channels and always blurry coming in and out. Plus about it was the gym was very nice and the complementary for laundry was a very nice convenient and free coffee and tea was always a good thing.

We have excellent customer service when we walked in and continued until we checked out. The place was quiet and very clean. Our room was beautiful and our bed was very comfortable. When we come back to town this is the place we will stay at. We had an amazing experience.
