I don’t typically take the time to leave reviews however, this store has given me every reason to do so. I have had the worst experience purchasing a camper with this store. After going back and forth with the sales manager I then get transferred to the GM which did nothing but argue. After talking with multiple stores they had all informed me I was being lied to by the sales team at the fountain location. After “talking” with the GM he told me I didn’t purchase the “let’s go camping package” after they had referred to it as that in store and it was added to my loan. Instead of giving me my items included in the let’s go camping package that I payed for they can only give me a gift card that still doesn’t cover everything in the package. I then wanted to inform corporate that their GM only wants to argue not assist and his response was “I’ll document it.” If I could leave 0 stars and go back to purchase a camper elsewhere, I would!

The people are great here. I'm not a wealthy mom by any means and I was clear about that. They worked with me, and ended up showing me some campers that I could actually afford. I was looking for something older, but if I had my down payment on me I probably would have the camper. We talked about stuff besides just the price. We discussed fees for waste dumping, how often you need to fill the tanks, winterizing and more. These folks are really good people, not over pushy sales folks. And, they have a store right there and a repair shop.

ASK FOR JAMES P.!!! Knowledgeable, polite, kind and attentive without being pushy. My mom and I walked in knowing exactly zero about RV's and left with smiles on our faces and even more excitement about our upcoming trip. Thank you to James for spending extra time with us to educate us on what we didn't even know we were looking for. Two thumbs way up and 10 stars if that was an option. We would highly recommend Camping World RV Sales.

Less than impressed with the service department at Camping World which is very disappointing considering that is who we purchased our camper through. Have an insurance claim due to hail, camper assessed for parts to be ordered back in early December. No matter the amount of calls my husband and I have made no one can answer any questions or get back to you for that matter. What a waste of time, will not be taking camper there.

I am not one to write reviews because it seems to often they are one sided. I feel as though this is necessary to provide the circumstances of my dealings with the service department at camping world of Fountain, CO.
I had multiple issues with my RV that were covered under warranty and so I scheduled an appointment in February to have the work completed so I could use the unit during the summer months. The first individual I was handed off to was Kelly. After multiple conversations with her response was she was struggling to get the parts from Nexus to fix the issues at hand. By the first of summer her responses were non existence and I finally found out she was let go. I was then handed off to Tracy the service manager. She claimed to have fixed the unit completely and when I picked up the unit I find NOTHING completed and on top of that they had been in the unit and left it a complete disaster.
She claimed she never went into the unit to confirm the work was completed and that she was only going off the words her tech had told her--interesting concept for a manager.
We have continued to go back and forth with the work being completed and the unit was finally delivered to me yesterday--November 19th 2024. This is 9 months later!!
I walked the unit again last night to find out repairs have still been left out.
I have never seen such a disaster of a service department in my entire life.
I had left multiple voicemails with Tracy's manager and also the store manager Clint.
This is not just a service department problem this is a problem they have from the top.
I will give them props for holding to their word they would deliver the unit to me, even though the unit was still delivered with repairs incomplete.
Next time I will be taking the unit elsewhere.

We were assisted by Shane during our first visit at this location. He patiently walked us through the type of RV we are interested in and thoroughly explained all of the important details of each make and model. His approach was friendly, educational and consultative. I am looking forward to working with him for our purchase and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Bought a brand new trailer from these people. They are great at selling but their service department is crap. We paid for them to set up our trailer to our truck to save time while doing paperwork. Luckily we have owned many before. When we came out the anti sway bar was loose on one side! Could have ended badly for us or someone else going down the highway. The walk through was a joke, things were broken and lied to about. We get it home and have found many things broken that should have been fixed before we picked it up. They had over a week to check. Will never buy from them again.

The rear exterior refrigerator door (199MBS) hinge came undone. Took it to Camping World. Only owned it since Sept. Camping World had it since October. Called me yesterday and said $900. When I dropped it off, the service manager Rob said it would be under $500. Asked Jeff there yesterday why I didn’t get a phone call. He said Robert no longer works there. How convenient for them. -sigh
