Paying property tax is a stroll through the park took 5 minutes. Now if they can get their vehicle registrations straightened out we'll have a five-star operation. Not situated in a great neighborhood though.

The Veteran Affairs office here is awful. First time I had an appointment it was great. Had an appointment for today that was in their system for over a month. I waited an hour and a half, before I walked out. No excuse for that, especially having an appointment. I don't care if they changed their office hours to take walk-ins 3 out of 5 days. I'd been waiting on this appointment for a month. Unsure if I want to make another appointment with them if they are going to treat me like that. Not really surprised, the entire states Veterans Department is a joke.

Easy to find offices with a desk that will assist you in the right direction. Went to two different offices and everyone is very nice and helpful. Clean and quiet facilities. No lines when we went.

My husband and I came by to transfer our tag from our old car to a new one, the person that helped us was very rude to us and almost hateful. She definitely doesn’t need to be working with the public with an attitude that she had this morning. She could have been more polite.
